Abstract
Brojne, velike i konstantne promjene u suvremenom poslovnom okruženju od organizacija zahtijevaju promjene u načinima strukturiranja. Usred promjena organizacijskog strukturiranja sve se veći naglasak stavlja na ključne osobe unutar organizacije, odnosno vođe. Zaposlenici koji su dio suvremenog tržišta rada imaju sve veće zahtjeve od svojih poslodavaca, odnosno od svojih vođa. Upravo zbog navedenih promjena i zahtjeva suvremeni vođe u sve se većoj mjeri odvajaju od tradicionalnih načina upravljanja i okreću se suvremenim pristupima. Kao tranzicijski pristup od tradicionalnog ka suvremenom navodi se transakcijski. Pored transakcijskog pristupa, suvremena znanost gotov sve ostale svrstava u jedno od preostale dvije kategorije: transformacijski pristup vodstvu i karizmatski pristup vodstvu. Svi suvremeni pristupi okarakterizirani su s četiri glavne orijentacije a to su: orijentacija na zaposlene, orijentacija na potrošače, orijentacija na promjene i kao centralna figura koja ujedinjuje sve navedeno jest vođa. Najuspješniji vođe teže svladavanju više različitih pristupa, te primjeni odgovarajućeg ovisno o situaciji i potrebama organizacije.
Abstract (english)
Numerous, large, and constant changes in the modern business environment require organizations to change the ways of structuring. In the midst of changes in organizational structures, increasing emphasis is placed on key people within the organization, ie leaders. Employees who are part of the modern labor market have increasing demands from their employers and their leaders. It is precisely because of these changes and demands that modern leaders are increasingly detaching themselves from traditional ways of governing and turning to modern approaches. As a transitional approach from traditional to modern, transactional is cited. In addition to the transactional approach, modern science classifies almost everything else into one of the remaining two categories: transformational approach to leadership and charismatic approach to leadership. All modern approaches are characterized by four main orientations, which are: employee orientation, consumer orientation, change orientation, and the central figure that unites all the above – the leader. The most successful leaders strive to master several different approaches and apply the appropriate one depending on the situation and the needs of the organization.
