Abstract
U ovom radu predstavljen je poslovni model kao temelj poslovanja svakog poslovnog subjekta koji služi za kreiranje i isporuku vrijednosti klijentima. Prilikom dizajniranja poslovnih modela svaki mora proći pet faza: mobilizaciju, razumijevanje, dizajniranje, implementacija i upravljanje. U ovom radu opisan je obrazac poslovnog modela autora Osterwaldera i Pigneura, koji je podijeljen u devet osnovnih segmenta važnih za kvalitetnu implementaciju poslovanja, a čine ga slijedeći elementi:... More segmenti kupaca, ponuda vrijednosti, odnosi s kupcima, izvori prihoda, ključni resursi, ključne aktivnosti i ključni partneri, kao i struktura troškova poduzeća. Proces kreiranja poslovnog modela sastoji se od njegova konstantnog inoviranja koje se odvija uslijed zadovoljavanja potreba klijenata na tržištu, kao i stvaranja novih tržišta. Taj proces odvija različitim tehnikama: prikupljanjem informacija od kupaca, formiranjem ideja, tehnikama vizualnog razmišljanja, stvaranjem prototipa poslovnog modela, interpretiranjem poslovnog modela pripovijedanjem priče, te izradom scenarija. Koja će se tehnika koristiti prilikom inoviranja ovisi o odluci poduzetnika koji stvara poslovni model. Definiranjem segmenata poslovnog modela analiziran je poslovni subjekt iz okoline koji se bavi oglašavanjem i pružanjem informacija vezanih za poljoprivrednu djelatnost, na temelju informacija dostupnih putem Internet izvora. Abstract (english)
This paper presents the business model as the basic for business operations of each business entity serves to create and deliver value to clients. When designing business models, each must undergo five phases: mobilisation, understanding, design, implementation and management. This paper describes the canvas business model of the authors Osterwalder and Pigneur, which is divided into nine basic segments important for the quality implementation of operations, consisting of the... More following elements: customer segments, value offers, customer relations, sources of income, key resources, key activities and key partners, as well as the structure od company costs. The process of creating a business model consists of constant innovation, which takes place due to meeting clients market needs, as well as the creation of new markets. Process takes places using different techniques: collecting information from customers, creating ideas, visual thinking techniques, creating a prototype business model, interpreting the business model by narrowing the story and creating scenarios. What technique will be used in innovation depends of the decision of the undertaking creating the business model. By defining segments of the business model, a business entity from environment engaged in advertising and providing information related to the agricultural activity was analysed, based on information available through Internet sources.
