Abstract
Razvojem globalizacije poduzetništvo zauzima jednu od ključnih uloga ekonomskog razvoja svake države. Otvaranje novih tržišta i povećana mobilnost radne snage omogućavaju poduzetnicima prodaju svojih proizvoda i usluga kako na domaćim, tako i na međunarodnim tržištima. U procesu širenja potrebno je zadovoljiti određene kriterije kako bi proizvod ili usluga bili konkurentni na novom tržištu. U radu će se govoriti o ključnim segmentima poduzetničkog poslovanja s međunarodnim obilježjem. Na analizi slučaja osječke tvrtke Orqa-e istražit će se značenje i primjena elemenata poduzetničkog ponašanja u međunarodnom poslovanju. Istražit će se razina inovativnosti, kreativnosti, proaktivnosti, procjene rizika kao i interna analiza tvrtke Orqa koja posluje na međunarodnoj razini – u smislu educiranosti, aktivnosti i menadžmenta zaposlenika.
Abstract (english)
With the development of globalization, entrepreneurship plays one of the key roles in the economic development of any country. The opening of new markets and increased labor mobility enable entrepreneurs to sell their products and services in both domestic and international markets. In the process of expansion, it is necessary to meet certain criteria for a product or service to be competitive in a new market. This paper will discuss the core segments of entrepreneurial business with an international character. The analysis of company Orqa that is based in Osijek, Croatia will examine the meaning and application of elements of entrepreneurial behavior in international business. The level of innovation, creativity, proactivity, risk assessment as well as the internal analysis of Orqa company, which operates internationally - in terms of education, activities, and employee management - will be explored.
