Abstract
Pojava interneta pružila je veće mogućnosti poslovnim subjektima ne samo u polju oglašavanja nego i u području samog poslovanja. Kako je zastupljenost elektroničkih trgovina u sve većem porastu potrebna je i pravilna prilagodba poslovanja novim uvjetima. U tome, category management može pomoći poslovnim subjektima stvoriti jedinstvenu ponudu koja će privući kupce baš u njihovu elektroničku trgovinu. Teorijski dio rada predstavlja osnovu za analizu praktičnih primjera koji se razlikuju po asortimanu i dizajnu elektroničke trgovine. Abstract (english)
Phenomenon of the Internet has expanded the opportunities in the field of advertising but also in the field of business itself. Use of e-commerce is growing so it is necessary to properly adjust the business to the new conditions. Category management can help businesses create a unique offer that attracts customers to their e-commerce. Purpose of this paper is to investigate in more detail the concept of category management in the digital environment and to see how it is applied... More in practice. Theoretical part of the paper is base for analysis of practical examples that are different in product range and design of web-site.
