Abstract
Rizici u poslovanju predstavljaju organizacijama opasnost narušavanja kontinuiteta poslovnih aktivnosti. Rizici su ujedno potencijalne štete nepovoljnih događaja u budućnosti koje su nepredvidljive. Menadžment rizika provodi aktivnosti poput identificiranja te analiziranja rizika kako bi izloženost organizacije riziku bila što manja. Opskrbni lanci predstavljaju skup aktivnosti koje se provode kako bi organizacije nabavljale sirovine i materijale te isporučivale gotove proizvode i usluge na tržištu. Aktivnosti opskrbnih lanaca moraju biti kontinuirane te neometane kako bi tok opskrbnog lanca bio neprekinut. Rizici opskrbnim lancima predstavljaju najveću prijetnju te narušavaju tokove opskrbnih lanaca čime organizaciju izlažu potencijalnim gubitcima. Menadžment rizika u opskrbnim lancima uz dovoljnu količinu resursa razvija strategiju upravljanja pomoću koje provodi aktivnosti. Tema diplomskog rada je menadžment rizika u opskrbnim lancima te čemu ta organizacijska funkcija služi i što čini za unaprjeđenje poslovanja organizacije. Problem koji se najčešće definira uz menadžment rizika je kako implementirati funkciju menadžmenta rizika u opskrbne lance uz minimalne troškove. Rad je podijeljen na tri glavna dijela koja se obrađuju postepeno. U prvom dijelu naglasak je postavljen na definiranje poslovnih rizika poduzeća te na menadžment rizika kao organizacijsku funkciju. Drugi dio veže se uz opskrbne lance gdje se definiraju principi i elementi te politike upravljanja opskrbnim lancima. Posljednji dio definira vrste rizika u opskrbnom lancu, politike, metode te tehnike identificiranja i analiziranja rizika. Nakon identificiranje i analize rizika definiraju se odgovori i opcije menadžmenta rizika pri upravljanju rizikom u opskrbnim lancima.
Abstract (english)
Business risks pose a threat to organizations to disturb the continuity of business activities. Risks are also potential damages to unfavorable events in the future that are unpredictable. Risk management carries out activities such as identification and risk analysis to minimize the exposure of the organisation to the risk. Supply chains represent a set of activities carried out for organisations to procure raw materials and consumables and deliver finished products and services on the market. Supply chain activities must be continuous and smooth for supply chain flow to be continuous. Supply chain risks pose the biggest threat and disrupt supply chain flows, exposing the organisation to potential losses. Risk management in supply chains, with enough resources, is developing a management strategy through which it implements activities. The topic of graduate work is risk management in supply chains and what this organizational function serves and what it does to improve the organization's business. The most frequently defined problem with risk management is how to implement this function into supply chains with minimal costs. The paper is divided into three main sections that are dealt with gradually. The first part focuses on defining business risks of companies and risk management as an organisational function. The second part is linked to supply chains where principles, elements and policy of supply chain management are defined. The last part defines types of risks in the supply chain, policies, methods, and techniques for identifying and analyzing risks. After risk identification and analysis, risk management responses and options in supply chains are defined.
