Abstract
Marketing planovi su od velike važnosti za svako poduzeće koje želi sustavno rasti i biti i ostati konkurentno. Planiranje je važno zbog toga što se poduzeće lakše nosi sa vanjskim i unutarnjim promjenama kada ima plan. Planiranjem se nadolazeće promjene mogu potpuno izbjeći ili okrenuti u vlastitu korist. Marketing plan poduzeću donosi stabilnost, rast i razvoj. Tema ovog rada je marketing plan na primjeru poduzeća Pasta Fantasy. U prvom dijelu rada će se govoriti o upravljanju... More marketingom i teorijskoj obradi marketing plana, a u drugom dijelu rada će se razviti marketing plan na primjeru restorana Pasta Fantasy. Ciljevi Pasta Fantasy poslovnog subjekta mogu se raščlaniti na kratkoročne i dugoročne ciljeve. Kratkoročni ciljevi će biti ostvareni u prva tri mjeseca, dok se dugoročni ciljevi planiraju ostvariti u godinu dana. Glavni cilj poduzeća je biti prepoznat restoran koji ima zadovoljne i lojalne goste. To će se provesti kroz marketing strategije i taktike od strane vlasnika i zaposlenika poduzeća. Sve strategije i taktike su postavljene na temelju provedenog primarnog i sekundarnog istraživanja tržišta. Misija Pasta Fantasyja glasi: „Uz vaše povjerenje i znatiželju putem našeg znanja i iskustva pružat ćemo vam nezaboravne delicije kako bi se uvjerili u našu kvalitetu i dostupnost unutar vaše uže i šire zajednice.“ Less
Abstract (english)
Marketing plans are of great importance for any company that wants to grow systematically and be and remain competitive. Planning is important because it is easier for a company to deal with external and internal changes when it has a plan. By planning, some upcoming changes can be completely avoided or turned to your advantage. The marketing plan brings stability, growth and development to the company. The topic of this paper is a marketing plan on the example of the company... More Pasta Fantasy. The first part of the paper will discuss marketing management and theoretical processing of the marketing plan, and the second part of the paper will develop a marketing plan on the example of the restaurant Pasta Fantasy. The goals of a Pasta Fantasy business entity can be broken down into short-term and long-term goals. Shortterm goals will be achieved in the first three months, while long-term goals are planned to be achieved in a year. The main goal of the company is to be a recognized restaurant that has satisfied and loyal guests. This will be implemented through marketing strategies and tactics by business owners and employees. All strategies and tactics are set based on the conducted primary and secondary market research. Pasta Fantasy's mission is: "With your trust and curiosity through our knowledge and experience, we will provide you with unforgettable delicacies to convince you of our quality and availability within your immediate and wider community."
