Abstract
Današnja turbulentna okolina poduzećima ne dopušta da ostanu konkurentna ako imaju veće gubitke i troškove od svoje konkurencije, stoga je u ovom radu obrađen alat lean razmišljanja, koji smanjuje broj grešaka u proizvodnji, te omogućava povećanje vrijednosti i profitabilnosti kompanija koje ga koriste. Pošto je lean danas jedan neizbježan koncept u procesu poboljšanja poslovanja, cilj ovoga rada je objasniti što zapravo označava pojam racionalnog razmišljanja, koje su njegove karakteristike i obilježja u proizvodnji, te koja je njegova povijest. Osim toga, ovaj rad još objašnjava Toyotin način interpretiranja lean-a, te otpad, njegov utjecaj na proizvodni proces, i s kakvim vrstama otpada se poduzeće susreće. Kada je riječ o samoj implementaciji lean-a u proizvodnju, ovaj rad objašnjava koji alati lean-a postoje i služe pri implementaciji, koje vještine su potrebne za njeno kvalitetno obavljanje, te su navedeni sami koraci procesa uvođenja lean-a. Od samih primjera tvrtki koje koriste lean principe, obrađeni su Eko Međimurje, Parker Hannifin, Kimberly-Clark, Dell i Nestle, te su objašnjeni načini na koje te tvrtke koriste lean u svojem cilju da zadovolje kupce.
Abstract (english)
Today's turbulent environment does not allow companies to remain competitive if they have higher losses and costs than their competition, so this paper deals with the tool of lean thinking, which reduces the number of errors in production and increases the value and profitability of companies that use it. Since lean today is an inevitable concept in the process of improving business, the aim of this paper is to explain what the concept of rational thinking means, what are its characteristics and features in production, and what is its history. In addition, this paper further explains Toyota's way of interpreting lean, and waste, and its impact on the production process, and what types of waste the company encounters. When it comes to the implementation of lean in production, this paper explains which lean tools exist and serve in the implementation, what skills are needed for its quality performance, and the steps of the process of introducing lean are listed. Examples of companies that use lean principles are Eko Međimurje, Parker Hannifin, Kimberly-Clark, Dell and Nestle, and the ways in which these companies use lean to satisfy customers are explained.
