Abstract
Marketinško planiranje pomaže u koordinaciji i planiranju kako će se resursi poslovnog subjekta najefikasnije iskoristiti, u usuglašavanju ciljeva, strategija i taktika marketinga, predviđanju i planiranju poslovanja poslovnog subjekta te dobivanju spoznaja o tome u kojem okruženju poslovni subjekt posluje. More dokument koji se treba primijeniti u poslovanju te služiti kao smjernica rukovodstvu i zaposlenicima prilikom obavljanja zadataka vezanih za poslovanje poslovnog subjekta. Što je marketinški plan detaljnije razrađen to je vjerojatnost da će isti biti uspješan i doprinijeti poslovanju poslovnog subjekta. Bez marketinškog plana može se reći da poslovni subjekt nema točno određeno kako i na koje načine može realizirati svoje ciljeve, misiju i viziju. Planiranjem marketinga i marketinških aktivnosti poslovni subjekti lakše i uspješnije posluju na tržištu te si stvaraju preduvjete za rast i razvoj. Poslovni subjekti koji planiraju marketing zahvaljujući marketinškim planovima ostvaruju konkurentsku prednost na tržištu, brže, lakše i uspješnije reagiraju na promjene i nepredviđene situacije te ostvaruju bolje poslovne rezultate. U radu će se prikazati važnost korištenja marketinškog plana u poslovanju te će se prikazati marketinški plan za proizvod „Bfresh“ poslovnog subjekta „Petula foods“. Less

Marketing planning helps in coordinating and planning how the resources of the business entity will be used most efficiently, in harmonizing the goals, strategies and tactics of marketing, forecasting and planning the business of the business entity and gaining knowledge about the environment in which the business entity operates. Marketing planning takes place through a marketing plan. The marketing plan is part of the business plan, and can be made as a stand-alone document. The... More developed marketing plan is an important document that should be applied in business and serve as a guideline for management and employees when performing tasks related to the business of the business entity. The more detailed the marketing plan, the greater the probability that it will be successful and contribute to the business of the business entity. Without a marketing plan, it can be said that a business entity does not have exactly how and in what ways it can realize its goals, mission and vision. By planning marketing and marketing activities, business entities operate more easily and successfully on the market and create the preconditions for growth and development. Business entities that plan marketing, thanks to marketing plans, gain a competitive advantage in the market, react faster, easier and more successfully to changes and unforeseen situations, and achieve better business results. The paper will present the importance of using the marketing plan in business and will make a marketing plan for the product "Bfresh" of the business entity "Petula foods". Less
