Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu rada analizirati će se i objasniti što je to menadžment, objasniti teorijsku podlogu istog, te važnost i utjecaj na poslovanje tvrtke, koje su njegove funkcije i vještine, utjecaj na donošenje adekvatnih i pravovremenih poslovnih strategija poduzeća. Nadalje, u narednim poglavljima stavlja se naglasak na važnost informacijsko tehnološkog (u daljnjem tekstu IT) menadžmenta na cjelokupno poslovanje danas izuzetno naprednog razvoja tehnologije, te povezanost informacijskog menadžmenta i poslovnih strategija na poslovanje poduzeća. Zatim se razrađuje provedeno istraživanje koje će dati uvid u informacijski menadžment u poslovanju hrvatskih tvrtki, nakon čega će se isto istraživanje i pobliže analizirati.
Abstract (english)
The introductory part of the thesis will analyze and explain what management is, explain the theoretical basis of the same, and the importance and impact on the company’s business, what are its functions and skills, the impact on the adoption of adequate and timely business strategies. Furthermore, in the following chapters, emphasis is placed on the importance of information technology (hereinafter IT) management for the entire business of today’s extremely advanced technology development, and the connection of information management and business strategies with business operations. Furthermore, the conducted research is elaborated, in order to give an insight into information management of the business of Croatian companies, after which the same research will be analyzed in more detail.
