Abstract
U današnje vrijeme u poslovanju sve se više javlja pojam »tim«. Pojedine osobe vole raditi u timu, dok drugi izbjegavaju timski način rada kad god je to moguće. U konačnici, rad u timu ima smisla samo ako su prisutni određeni čimbenici. Važno je istaknuti kako danas timski rad igra sve važniju ulogu u modernim tvrtkama. Sposobnost rada u timu od velikog je interesa za tvrtku jer utječe na način rada s kolegama, radni učinak i vlastito zadovoljstvo poslom. Kada ljudi imaju zajednički zadatak, razumijevanje zajedničke uloge i funkcije unutar veće organizacije, može razviti osjećaj zajedništva. Upravo je taj osjećaj važan za učinkovit rada u timu. Što je osjećaj zajedništva jači, to više povezuje članove unutar tima. Uloga lidera je vodstvo tima, no kako bi tim bio učinkovit važno je odabrati pravi stil vođenja te posjedovati vještine i osobine uspješnog vođe. Cilj ovog završnog rada je prikazati principe uspješnog upravljanja timovima s naglaskom na ulogu koju lider ima u procesima formiranja i upravljanja timovima.
Abstract (english)
The term "team" has become very popular in business language. Although some people enjoy working in teams, others avoid it whenever possible. Ultimately, teamwork is only useful when certain factors are in place. It is important to point out that teamwork plays an increasingly important role in modern businesses today. The ability to work in a team is of great interest to the company, as it affects the way people work with colleagues, their job performance and their own job satisfaction. When people have a common purpose, an understanding of a shared role and function within a larger organization, they can develop a sense of community. This sense of belonging and trust is very important for effective teamwork. The stronger the sense of belonging, the more it binds members together within the team. The role of a leader is to lead a team, but in order for this to be effective it is important to choose the right leadership style and possess the skills and qualities of a successful leader. The aim of this thesis is to present the principles of successful team leadership, focusing on the role that the leader has in the processes of building and managing teams.
