Abstract
Zadaće tj. funkcije Menadžmenta u svakoj organizaciji su mnogobrojne i svaka od njih je bitna kako bi organizacija i ljudi u njoj neometano funkcionirali. Kako su ljudi najvažniji resurs svake organizacije evidentno je kako je funkcija upravljanja ljudskim resursima bitna zadaća Menadžmenta. U današnjem poslovnom svijetu se više u pitanje ne dovode ljudske mogućnosti, znanja i vještine, iz razloga jer su ove karakteristike danas široko raširene i podrazumijevaju se. Veći fokusa se danas... More stavlja na motiviranje te poticanje primjene tih mogućnosti kako bi se ostvarili organizacijski ciljevi. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima ili resursima utječe na način rada zaposlenika tj. na motivaciju zaposlenika. Motivacijski sustavi uspješno usmjeravaju zaposlenike ka poželjnom i prihvaćenom ponašanju u poduzeću i u samom načinu obavljanja posla. Postoje dvije skupine odnosno dva sustava motiviranja zaposlenika, materijalni i nematerijalni sustav motiviranja i nagrađivanja. Kako bi se uspješno upravljalo motivacijom zaposlenika potrebno je koristiti oba sustava nagrađivanja. Praćenje rada zaposlenika te vrednovanje njihove radne uspješnosti je zadaća koja je dodijeljena menadžmentu ljudskih resursa, odnosno menadžerima ljudskih potencijala. Taj proces obuhvaća ocjenjivanje i usmjeravanje ponašanja zaposlenika ka ostvarenju željenog cilja. Interes za motivaciju zaposlenika je prisutan od kada su ljudi krenuli raditi i bivali plaćeni za taj rad, no istraživanje i teorijska potpora toj motivaciji relativno je novija pojava, teoretičari počinju kreirati teorije o motivaciji zaposlenika tek oko tridesetih godina dvadesetog stoljeća. U radu će se uz motivacijske sustave u poduzeću, pojasniti uloga menadžera u motivaciji zaposlenika kao i odabrane teorije motivacije. Less

The tasks and functions of the management in each organization are numerous and each of them is important for the organization and the people in it to function smoothly. People are the most important resource of any organization and that is why it is evident that the function of human resource management is an important task of management. In today's business world, human capabilities, knowledge and skills are not questionable, because these characteristics are widespread today and are... More implied. Greater focus today is placed on motivating and encouraging the application of these opportunities in order to achieve organizational goals. The management of human resources affects the way employees work, it affects the motivation of employees. Motivation systems successfully guide employees towards desirable and accepted behavior in the company and in the very way of doing business. There are two groups or two systems of employee motivation, tangible and intangible system of motivation and reward. In order to successfully manage employee motivation it is necessary to use both reward systems. Monitoring the work of employees and evaluating their work performance is a task assigned to human resource management. This process involves evaluating and directing employee behavior towards the desired goal. Interest in employee motivation has been present since people started working and were paid for the work, but research and theoretical support for the motivation is a relatively recent phenomenon. Theorists began to create theories of employee motivation around the 1930s. In addition to motivational systems in the company, the paper will explain the role of managers in employee motivation as well as selected theories of motivation. Less
