Abstract
Kako bi se od velike količine informacija izdvojile one najbitnije za kvalitetno donošenje poslovnih odluka i ustanovila razina uspješnosti poduzeća koriste se metode analize financijskih izvještaja. Temeljni financijski izvještaji koji se koriste kroz rad su račun dobiti i gubitka, bilanca te izvještaj o novčanom tijeku. Bilješke uz financijske izvještaje su korištene kako bi se detaljnije prikazali i objasnili podaci sadržani u prethodno navedenim temeljnim financijskim izvještajima. ... More Kroz ovaj rad provedena je analiza financijskih izvještaja poduzeća Jadran-galenski laboratorij d.d. za razdoblje od 2016. do 2019. godine. Temeljna djelatnost poduzeća je proizvodnja i distribucija farmaceutskih preparata te se u farmaceutskom sektoru svrstava među tri najveća poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj. Promatrano poduzeće profitabilno posluje u svim analiziranim razdobljima, ali se neto dobit zajedno s ukupnim prihodima smanjuje u 2017. i 2018. godini te u konačnici u 2019. godini dolazi do rasta ukupnih prihoda kao i neto dobiti, ali ne dosežu razine ostvarene u 2016. godini, odnosno prvom razdoblju u procesu istraživanja. Abstract (english)
In order to separate from large quantities of information and data the most important ones that are needed for quality decision making and evaluating the success level of the company, the methods of financial analysis are used. The fundamental financial statements used are income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows. The notes to financial statements are used to present and explain in more detail the data from previously aforementioned fundamental financial statements. ... More Throughout this final paper the analysis of financial statements of the company Jadran-galenski laboratorij d.d. is performed for the period from 2016 to 2019. The company´s core business is the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products, and in the pharmaceutical sector, it is ranked among the three largest companies in Croatia. The observed company operated profitably in all analysed periods, but net profit with total revenues decreased in 2017 and 2018, ultimately in 2019 there is an increase in total revenues as well as net profit but the levels of the year 2016 were not achieved.
