Abstract
Istraživanjem tržišta dobiva se uvid u brojne informacije o potrošačima, nepotrošačima, konkurenciji, cijeni, pa i proizvodima na tržištu. Postoje tri temeljne vrste istraživanja, a to su izviđajna, opisna i uzročna istraživanja, dok se informacije koje su nam potrebne za istraživanje mogu prikupljati povijesnom metodom, metodom ispitivanja, metodom promatranja te eksperimentalnom metodom. Prilikom istraživanja tržišta svaki se sudionik treba voditi načelima etičnosti. Etika se bavi... More pravilima i vrijednostima koje društvo kao cjelina smatra poželjnima. Etičko ponašanje zapravo predstavlja ponašanje po etičkim načelima i standardima. Također je od važnosti i etički kodeks koji služi za postavljanje okvira etičkog ponašanja, pomaganju zaposlenicima, jačanju zajedništva, imidža poduzeća. Kako bi se tijekom istraživanja tržišta očuvala etičnost svi sudionici moraju pridržavati osnovnih načela etičnost, no ukoliko se ne uvažavaju interesi svih sudionika u procesu istraživanja tržišta tada nastaju etički sukobi koji mogu biti između naručitelja i istraživača, istraživača i njihovih suradnika te istraživača i ispitanika. U praksi postoje brojni primjeri neetičkog ponašanja pojedinih sudionika u procesu istraživanja tržišta, međutim kako bi se to spriječilo svaki je sudionik odgovoran činiti ono što je prihvatljivo i moralno. Market research provides insights into numerous information about consumers, nonconsumers, competition, price, and even products on the market. There are three basic types of research, and these are exploratory, descriptive and causal research, while the information we need for research can be collected by the historical method, the method of examination, the method of observation and the experimental method. When researching the market, each participant should be guided by the... More principles of ethics. Ethics deals with the rules and values that society as a whole considers desirable. Ethical behavior is actually behavior according to ethical principles and standards. Also important is the code of ethics that serves to set the framework for ethical behavior, helping employees, strengthening community and the image of the company. In order to preserve ethics during market research, all participants must adhere to the basic principles of ethics, but if the interests of all participants in the market research process are not respected, then ethical conflicts arise between clients and researchers, researchers and their associates and researchers and respondents. In practice, there are numerous examples of unethical behavior of individual participants in the market research process, however, in order to prevent this, each participant is responsible for doing what is acceptable and moral.
