Abstract
Strateška analiza je postupak u kojem se proučava i određuje okvir u kojem tvrtka posluje, definira vizija, misija i ciljevi, te se formulira strategija za njihovo ostvarenje i uspješno poslovanje i ostvarivanje konkurentske prednosti. Strateškom analizom dolazi se do odgovora zašto su neke tvrtke uspješnije u poslovanju od drugih. Osnovu strateške analize poduzeća čini skeniranje okoline, kojom se žele identificirati bitni čimbenici, koji utječu na poslovanje i uspjeh poduzeća.... More Skeniranje/analiza okoline se sastoji od analize vanjske i unutarnje okoline poduzeća. Vanjska okolina poduzeća je ona na koju poduzeće ima vrlo mali utjecaj; ona se odnosi na vanjske utjecaje, čimbenike i trendove, koji mogu na različit način djelovati na razvoj poduzeća za razliku od unutarnje okoline poduzeća koja je u potpunosti pod utjecajem poduzeća. Na primjeru poduzeća KARAŠICA – VUČICA d.d. napravljena je analiza vanjskog i unutarnjeg okruženja poduzeća kroz korištenje PEST(EL) analize, Porterovog modela konkurentnih snaga i SWOT analize. Na temelju napravljene analize okruženja, misije, vizije i ciljeva poduzeća, napravljena je osnova za donošenje odluke o strateškom položaju poduzeća i njegovoj konkurentnosti. Less

Strategic analysis is a process in which the framework in which the company operates is studied, the vision, mission and goals are defined, and a strategy for their realization is formulated, as well as the basis for competitive positioning of the company. Strategic analysis provides an answer to why some companies are more successful in business than others. The basis of the strategic analysis of the company is the scanning of the environment, which seeks to identify the... More important factors that affect the business and success of the company. Environmental analysis consists of an analysis of the external and internal environment of a company. The external environment of a company is one over which the company has very little influence; it refers to external influences, factors and trends, which can affect the development of the company in different ways as opposed to the internal environment of the company which is completely influenced by the company. On the example of the company KARAŠICA - VUČICA d.d. an analysis of the external and internal environment of the company was made through the use of PEST (EL) analysis, Porter's model of competitive forces and SWOT analysis. Analysis of the environment, mission, vision, and goals of the company are the basis for decision on the strategic position of the company and its competitiveness. Less
