Abstract | Six sigma koncept i Lean proizvodnja predstavljaju neke od načela upravljanja kvalitetom te
metode i alate za proizvodnju bez pogrešaka i škarta. U radu se prikazuju sustavi upravljanja
kvalitetom na svim razinama, a posebno u proizvodnji kako bi se postiglo potpuno upravljanje
kvalitetom. Implementacija takvih metoda može pomoći zaustaviti rasipanje resursa. U okviru
Lean proizvodnje mogu se razlikovati metode i strategije kao što su: Just in time management,
Jidoka, Kaizen, Kanban, Heijuka te Takt-time. Sam pojam Lean označava manje svega (manje
pogona za proizvodnju, manje prostora skladišta, manje utrošenog vremena, manje ljudskog
napora, manje investicija i kapitala). Označava vitku proizvodnju s manje utrošenih resursa i
stalnom kvalitetom. Lean proizvodnja eliminira sve izvore rasipanja u proizvodnom procesu
Razumijevanje
navedenih metoda može uvelike koristiti menadžerima i voditeljima proizvodnih procesa.
Navedene metode osiguravaju svakom radniku uključenom u proces proizvodnje maksimalno
iskorištenje njegovih sposobnosti i talenata. Navedene metode i njihova načela se danas koriste
i na području informacijske tehnologije. Jedan takav je i agilni pristup koji nastaje znatno
kasnije (s pojavom informacijske tehnologije) i preuzima osnovne principe Lean metode. |
Abstract (english) | The Six Sigma concept and Lean production are some of the principles of quality management
which include methods and tools for error-free and defective production. The paper presents
quality management systems at all levels, especially in production in order to achieve complete
quality management. Implementing such methods can prevent resource wastage. Within Lean
production, we can distinguish methods and strategies such as: Just in time management,
Jidoka, Kaizen, Kanban, Heijuka and Takt-time. The term Lean means less of everything (less
production facilities, less storage space, less time spent, less human effort, less investment and
capital). It means lean production with fewer resources and constant quality. Lean production
eliminates all sources of waste in the production process, which contributes to the elimination
of scrap. Losses in production can be classified into several categories: defective product,
production that does not keep up with demand, waiting and wasting time, unused talent,
transportation, storage, unnecessary movement of persons or things, unnecessary production.
The historical aspect of Lean production itself is presented, as well as the advantages and
disadvantages between mass and Lean production and why Lean production dominates in
Japan. Understanding these methods can greatly benefit managers and leaders of production
processes. These methods ensure that every worker involved in the production process makes
the most of his abilities and talents. These methods and their principles are now used in the field
of information technology. One such is the agile approach that emerges much later (with the
advent of information technology) and takes over the basic principles of Lean method. |
