Abstract
Završni rad uspoređuje poduzeća Zagrebačka pivovara d.o.o. Zagreb i Heineken Hrvatska d.o.o. Karlovac tj. njihova financijska izvješća od 2014. do 2019. godine. Svrha ovog rada je kroz teorijsku obradu pojasniti stanje industrije piva u Republici Hrvatskoj, opisati promatrana poduzeća i definirati čimbenike komparativne analize. Potom obraditi i interpretirati financijska izvješća. Na početku komparativne analize, poduzeća se čine vrlo slična radi male razlike u iznosima ukupne bilance, no kada se pobliže uđe u pozicije aktive i pasive, uočava se razlika u vođenju poslovanja tj. menadžmentu i raspodjeli kao i upravljanju resursima. Kod analiziranja prema pokazateljima dolazi do veće različitosti između promatranih poduzeća te je većim dijelom Zagrebačka pivovara u prednosti nad poduzećem Heineken Hrvatska odnosno ima povoljnije rezultate koeficijenata financijskih pokazatelja.
Abstract (english)
The final paper compares the companies Zagrebačka pivovara d.o.o. Zagreb and Heineken Hrvatska d.o.o. Karlovac i.e. their financial reports from 2014. to 2019. The purpose of this paper is to explain the state of the beer industry in the Republic of Croatia through theoretical processing, to describe the observed companies and to define the factors of comparative analysis. Then process and interpret the financial statements. At the beginning of the comparative analysis, companies seem very similar due to a small difference in the total balance sheet, but when you zoom in closer to the positions of assets and liabilities, there is a difference in managing business activities, i.e. management and distribution as well as resource management. When analyzing according to indicators, there is a greater difference between the observed companies, and for the most part Zagrebačka pivovara has an advantage over the company Heineken Hrvatska, i.e. it has more favorable results of the performance coefficients of financial indicators.
