Abstract
Proizvodnja predstavlja proces kojim se, pomoću sirovina, proizvode robe i proizvodi koji se koriste dalje za daljnju proizvodnju, upotrebu ili konzumaciju. Dakle, inputi se koriste za proces proizvodnje kako bi se dobili outputi koji odgovaraju potrošnju – robe ili proizvoda koji imaju vrijednost za krajnjeg korisnika ili kupca. Postoje četiri čimbenika proizvodnje, a to su rad, kapital, zemlja i poduzetništvo. Iako novac često miješaju kao čimbenika proizvodnje, on to nije, jer nije... More proizvodni resurs. Pomoću novca se mogu kupiti određena dobra koja su potrebna za proizvodnju kao što su to kapitalna dobra (strojevi, alati). Tehnologija ima važnu ulogu za proizvodnju, jer pomoću nje se automatizira i ubrzava cijeli proces proizvodnje. Ono nosi sa sobom razne prednosti, ali i nedostatke kao što su višak radne snage zbog automatizacije strojeva. Važno je spomenuti i monopson koji podrazumijeva stanje na tržištu gdje postoji samo jedan kupac – monopsonist. Na tržištu čimbenika proizvodnje resursi, odnosno outputi pretvaraju se kroz proces transformacije u inpute koje na kraju potrošači kupuju. Upravo to tržište vođeno je potražnjom za određenim proizvodima, a ako nema neke potražnje potrebno ju je napraviti i povećati. Less

Production is a process by which, with the help of raw materials, goods are produced and products that are further used for further production, use, or consumption. Thus, inputs are used for the production process to obtain outputs that correspond to consumption - goods or products that have value for the end-user or customer. There are four factors of production, and these are labor, capital, land, and entrepreneurship. Although money is often confused as a factor of production, it... More is not, because it is not a productive resource. Money can be used to buy certain goods needed for production, such as capital goods (machines, tools). Technology plays an important role in production because it automates and speeds up the entire production process. It brings with it various advantages, but also disadvantages such as excess labor due to machine automation. It is important to mention monopson, which means the situation in the market where there is only one customer - a monopsonist. In the market of factors of production, resources or outputs are converted through the process of transformation into inputs that consumers ultimately buy.
