Abstract
Financiranje poduzeća je važan korak u nastajanju poslovanja i njegovu odražavanju. Financiranje se smatra dinamičkim procesom jer se na tom području događaju česte promjene koje poduzetnici moraju pratiti. Često se mijenjaju načini financiranja poduzeća te se mijenja način financiranja troškova poslovanja. Financiranje u dugoročna ulaganja podrazumijeva ulaganje financijskih sredstava u pribavljanje raznih zemljišta, dionica, neka trajnija ulaganja u druga poduzeća, kupovinu nekretnina i... More slično. Dionicama se smatraju vrijednosni papiri te dionice predstavljaju udio u poslovanju jednog poduzeća. Svaki vlasnik dionice je zapravo vlasnik nekog dijela poduzeća proporcionalno vrijednosti dionica koje posjeduje. Abstract (english)
Financing a business is an important step in the emergence of a business and its reflection. Financing is considered a dynamic process because there are frequent changes in this area that entrepreneurs have to monitor. The ways of financing a company often change, and the way of financing business costs changes. Financing in long-term investments means investing financial resources in acquiring various lands, shares, some more permanent investments in other companies, buying real estate... More and the like. Shares are considered securities and shares represent a share in the business of one company. Each shareholder is in fact the owner of a part of the company in proportion to the value of the shares he owns. Bonds are classified as securities that represent financial lending to bond issuers.
