Abstract
Tradicionalna načela poslovanja u današnjem svijetu ubrzane globalizacije gube na značenju i njihova primjena je sve rjeđa. Promjenom načina poslovanja dolaze i izvjesne promjene na kojima se treba temeljiti budućnost poslovanja. Kompanije zasnovane na „starim“ načinima poslovanja gube na značenju i nestaju s tržišta, dok na njihovo mjesto polako dolaze organizacije koje svoje poslovanje temelje na znanju i razvijanju. Takav nestanak s tržišta moguće je spriječiti poduzimanjem koraka u promjeni načina poslovanja. Trenutno stanje potrebno je zamijeniti prelaskom u organizaciju koja uči. Organizacija koja uči svaka je organizacija koja svojim članovima pojednostavljuje i omogućuje pristup procesima učenja te se konstantno transformira i postiže bolje performanse. Znanje je temelj stvaranja učećih organizacija i element putem kojeg odgovaraju na promjene u okruženju.
Abstract (english)
Traditional business principles in today’s world of accelerated globalization are losing their meaning and their application is becoming less common. With the change in the way of doing business, certain changes come on which the future of business should be based. Companies based on "old" ways of doing business are losing their meaning and disappearing from the market, while in their place are slowly coming organizations that base their business on knowledge and development. Such a disappearance from the market can be prevented by taking steps to change the way we do business. The current situation needs to be replaced by moving to a learning organization. A learning organization is any organization that simplifies and enables its members to access learning processes and is constantly transforming and achieving better performance. Knowledge is the foundation of creating learning organizations and the element through which they respond to changes in the environment.
