Abstract
Zaposlenici su ključ svakog poduzeća i cijelog poslovanja. Bez njih ne može funkcionirati niti jedna tvrtka, jer su upravo oni zaduženi da se svaki posao obavi na vrijeme i s minimalnim greškama. Kako bi zaposlenici bili što produktivniji potrebno ih je motivirati, jer na takav način oni bolje rješavaju svoje zadatke, a samim time to rezultira bolji uspjeh cjelokupnog poduzeća. Ukoliko zaposlenici nisu dovoljno motivirati, njihova volja za radom opada i sam produkt neće biti dovoljno dobar da rezultira profitom, već gubitkom i velikim troškovima. Kod motivacije zaposlenika postoje određene teorije, a njih određuje menadžer koji je zadužen za njih i koji treba imati sve pod kontrolom. S vremenom menadžer može uvidjeti koja metoda najučinkovitija za njegove zaposlenike. Prije svega, menadžer se treba potruditi da svoje zaposlenike upozna kako bi sam mogao predvidjeti koja bi metoda bila najbolja za njega i njegov cjelokupni tim.
Abstract (english)
Employees are the key to every business and the whole business. No company can function without them, because they are the ones in charge of getting every job done on time and with minimal mistakes. In order for employees to be as productive as possible, it is necessary to motivate them, because in this way they better solve their tasks, and thus it results in better success of the entire company. If employees are not motivated enough, their willingness to work declines and the product itself will not be good enough to result in profit, but loss and high costs. There are certain theories about employee motivation, and they are determined by the manager who is in charge of them and who should have everything under control. Over time, a manager can see which method is most effective for his employees. First of all, the manager should make an effort to get to know his employees so that he can predict which method would be best for him and his entire team.
