Abstract
Glavna svrha ovoga rada bila je proučiti i istražiti sustave stimuliranja, odnosno kako motivacija i nagrađivanje utječu na učinkovitost zaposlenika. Kako zaposlenici, tako su i menadžeri u poduzećima jako važan čimbenik pri postizanju ciljeva. Menadžment mora promatrati svoje zaposlenike tijekom nekog vremena i na taj način odlučiti kako će ih nagraditi i motivirati. Menadžeri to obavljaju putem raznih metoda i svaki od njih posjeduje određena znanja i tehnike koje imaju velik utjecaj na... More zaposlenike te ih to dijeli na bolje i lošije. Nagrađivanje je jedno od najefikasnijih motivacijskih alata i upravo zbog toga je vrlo bitno kod povećanja efikasnosti zaposlenika. Djelatnik koji je dovoljno motiviran više će se usmjeriti na izvršenje zadanih ciljeva. Najbitnije je da motivacija ne izostane jer onda dolazi do raznih teškoća u organizaciji, kao što je nezadovoljstvo koje se može negativno odraziti na kvalitetu rada zaposlenih. Less
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this work was to study and investigate stimulation systems, that is, how motivation and rewards affect employee efficiency. Just like employees, managers in companies are a very important factor in achieving goals. Management must observe its employees over a period and thus decide how to reward and motivate them. Managers do this through various methods and each of them possesses certain knowledge and techniques that have a great impact on employees, and this divides... More them into better and worse. Rewarding is one of the most effective motivational tools and that is why it is very important in increasing the efficiency of employees. An employee who is sufficiently motivated will focus more on the execution of the set goals. The most important thing is that motivation is not lacking, because then there are various difficulties in the organization, such as dissatisfaction, which can have a negative impact on the quality of the employees' work.
