Abstract
Živimo u svijetu u kojem sve odluke moramo donositi na brz, učinkovit i kvalitetan način. Odluke vezane za kupnju određenog proizvoda pokušavamo donositi na temelju nečijeg iskustva, pročitanih i pregledanih recenzija te samog oglašavanja. Odluka se donosi brže i jednostavnije ako su nam karakteristike proizvoda dostupne na zahtjev. Oglašavanje u ovim slučajevima ima jako veliku ulogu te nije iznimka kada tvrtke ulažu velike iznose u marketinške aktivnosti sa velikim povratom uloženog.... More Putem različitih vrsta oglašavanja moguće je dobiti pregled tržišnih mogućnosti na temelju koji se izrađuju modeli utjecanja na ponašanje potrošača, kako na tržištu krajnje tako i na onom poslovne potrošnje. Sve većom zasićenošću tržišta, koja je pod utjecajem brzog razvitka digitalnih tehnologija, iznimno je važno dobro pozicioniranje proizvoda na prethodno segmentiranom tržištu. Pored toga, edukacija potrošača temeljena na biheviorističkim i kognitivnim teorijama, motivira iste na određene akcije koje omogućuju ostvarivanje povrata investicije. Rad obuhvaća, kroz razradu sadržaja i provedbu primarnog istraživanja, prikaz stavova i utjecaj oglašavanja na proces donošenja odluka pri kupovini u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rezultati provedenog istraživanja upućuju kako oglasi u velikoj mjeri utječu na pojedince i to uglavnom putem interneta i televizije kao najučinkovitijih medija za prijenos oglasne poruke prema krajnjem korisniku. Također, karakteristike oglasa koje su ispitanici procijenili kao dominantne i najuočljivije je njihova atraktivnost, informativnost i zanimljivost. Less
Abstract (english)
We live in a world where every decision must be made in a quick, effective and thought through manner. The decisions on whether to buy certain products are made based on somebody else’s experience, read and reviewed criticism and the advertisement of the product itself. The decision is made quicker and easier if the characteristics of a product are available on demand. In such cases advertisement plays a huge part therefore corporations that invest large sums into marketing activities... More (often) get a big return on their investment. Using different ways of advertising it is possible to get an overview of market possibilities based on which models are made to influence the consumer behavior both on final as well as business consumption market. Given that the market is more saturated under the influence of a fast-developing digital technology it is vital to have products well positioned on a market that was previously segmented. Moreover, the education of the consumer that is based on behavioral and cognitive theories then motivates them on certain actions that allow a return on the investment. The paper demonstrates a representation of attitudes as well as the influence that advertising has on the decision-making process while purchasing a product in Croatia by content development and primary conduct research. The results of the research suggest that advertising greatly influences people mostly via internet and television as the most effective mediums for advertising messages straight to the consumer. Also, the characteristics of the advertisement that the subjects tested deemed most dominant and noticeable were attractive, informative and interesting. Less
