Abstract
Poslovna funkcija je skupina radnih aktivnosti i zadataka koji su međusobno povezani, ali samostalni. Poslovne funkcije sastavni su dio svake organizacije. Bilo da je riječ o nekoj maloj organizaciji ili multinacionalnoj kompaniji, imat će određene funkcije. Bez glavnih poslovnih funkcija organizacija ne bi mogla uspješno poslovati. Osnovne poslovne funkcije su funkcija istraživanja i studija proizvoda, razvojna funkcija, nabavna funkcija, proizvodna funkcija, prodajna funkcija,... More financijska funkcija i funkcija upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Svaka od ovih funkcija jednako je važna i postoji u svakoj organizaciji, u nekom obliku. Raspored i broj poslovnih funkcija ovisi o veličini, strukturi i vrsti organizacije. Čak i kada su organizacije slične, njihove funkcije znatno će se razlikovati. Organizacije „Zara“ i „H&M“ fast-fashion su brendovi koji proizvode i prodaju odjeću i modne dodatke za žene, muškarce i djecu, kozmetičke proizvode, proizvode za dom. Iako ovi brendovi imaju slične proizvode u asortimanu, i na prvi pogled se čine slični, oni su zapravo vrlo različiti. Način poslovanja i poslovne funkcije znatno se razlikuju. Zara je proizvođač i prodavač. Ima vlastite tvornice u kojima proizvodi proizvode i kontrolira svaki dio procesa proizvodnje dok je H&M samo prodavač. H&M nema nijednu tvornicu u svome vlasništvu i ništa ne proizvodi samostalno. Surađuje s proizvođačima širem svijeta od kojih kupuje gotove proizvode i onda ih prodaje. Less
Abstract (english)
A business function is a group of different tasks and activities. Similar tasks within an organization are grouped and form a function. Business functions are an important part of every organization. Whether it is a multinational company or a small company, it will have the main functions. The only difference is in the way they are structured. A smaller company might have multiple functions combined, while a bigger company can have all of these functions as separate ... More departments. The main business functions in an organization are research and product study, development, purchasing, production, sales, finance, and human resources management. Each of these seven functions is equally important and responsible for the company's success. Even though every company has these business functions, its structure will differ as every company does business differently. „Zara“ and „H&M“ are fast fashion brands. They sell clothing and accessories for women, men, and children. At first glance, these two companies seem extremely similar, but their business model and functions are very different. Zara is a manufacturer and a seller. They have their own factories where they produce the majority of their products. They control the entire production process, from painting and cutting materials to manufacturing and selling the finished products. While H&M is only a seller. They don’t own any factories or manufacture their products. H&M works with manufacturers from all over the world. They buy finished products and then sell them in their physical stores and online.
