Abstract
Društvene mreže definiraju se kao usluga koja pruža mogućnost korisnicima da stvaraju i razvijaju odnose na osnovni zajedničkih interesa. Danas društvene mreže predstavljaju inicijatora mijenjanja i uvođenja novih načina i strategija poslovanja organizacija. Poslodavci društvene mreže koriste za promoviranje kulture organizacije i proizvoda, istraživanje tržišta, prodaju proizvoda, komunikaciju s potrošačima ili partnerima te za regrutiranje i selekciju zaposlenika. Primarni cilj rada je... More objasniti čitatelju segmente poslovanja na društvenim mrežama, te usporediti teoriju s praksom na primjeru poslovanja organizacije PepsiCo. Teorijska podloga rada obuhvaća detaljna objašnjena učinkovitosti društvenih mreža (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn i MojPosao). Istraživački dio obuhvaća raščlanjivanje poslovanja organizacije PepsiCo prema segmentima koji su objašnjeni u teorijskom dijelu rada. Svaki segment poslovanja organizacije obuhvaća jednaku količinu važnosti, te u istoj mjeri ovise jedan o drugome. Novi trendovi zahtijevaju aktivno korištenje društvenih mreža i cjeloživotno učenje organizacije. Zaposlenici moraju prolaziti kroz obuke i edukacije zbog jačanja konkurentske prednosti na tržištu, brzine razvoja i mijenjanja trendova te razvoja tehnologije. Društvene mreže postale su moćan alat poslovanja s kojima organizacija mora adekvatno i efikasno rukovoditi. Rizici i posljedice lošeg poslovanja na društvenim mrežama mogu utjecati na propadanje organizacije. Uspjeh i sigurnost organizacije zahtjeva znanje, ambiciju, vještinu, sposobnost i aktivnost cjelokupne organizacije – od izvršnog do operativnog menadžmenta. Organizacija u poslovanju na društvenim mrežama mora biti atraktivna, jedinstvena i originalna, te sukladno s tim određuje intenzitet iskorištavanja pruženih mogućnosti i strategiju poslovanja. Less

Social networks are defined as a service that provides an opportunity for its users to create and develop relationships based on common interests. Today, social networks are the initiators of change and pioneers of new ways and strategies for organizing business. Employers use social networks to promote the culture of the organization and its products, for market research, to sell products, communicate with consumers or partners and to recruit and select employees. The primary goal of... More this research paper is to explain the segments of business on social networks, and to compare the theory with the practice on the example of PepsiCo's business practice. The theoretical basis of the paper includes detailed explanations of the effectiveness of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and MojPosao). The research part includes the breakdown of PepsiCo's business according to the segments explained in the theoretical part of the research. Each segment of the organization's business encompasses the same amount of importance, and to the same extent, they depend on each other. New trends require active use of social networks and lifelong learning of the organization. Employees must be trained and educated to strengthen competitive advantage on the market, speed of development and to follow the changing trends and technology development. Social networks have become a powerful business tool with which the organization must adequately and efficiently manage. The risks and consequences of bad business management on social networks can ruin an organization. The success and security of the organization requires knowledge, ambition, skill, capability, and activity of the entire organization – from executive to operational management.
