Abstract
Svako poduzeće koja ne posluje od danas do sutra mora ima dugoročne ciljeve i planove poslovanja. Ovisno o veličini poduzeća oni mogu biti dugoročni i kratkoročni. Planovi su temelj na kojima se treba zasnivati svako poslovanje. Osim planiranja redovnog poslovanja izuzetno je bitno planirati i nove projekte. Projekt ili investicijska ulaganja temelj su napredovanja poduzeća, zadržavanjem postojećeg poslovanja ne dolazi do rasta poduzeća te njihovi prihodi stagniraju, najčešće s vremenom i... More opadaju. Kapitalne investicije izrazito je važno pravilno planirati jer vrlo lako mogu ozbiljno naštetiti likvidnosti poduzeća. Uvijek treba imati na umu da projekt nije samo nabavka dugotrajne imovine već on najčešće iziskuje i ostale popratne troškove prije generiranja prvih prihoda i ulaska u proizvodni ciklus. Prilikom planiranja i upravljanja novim projektom treba voditi brigu i o dosadašnjem poslovanju. U ovom radu detaljno se analizira poslovanje poduzeća koja se bavi poljoprivredno energetskom proizvodnjom. Napravljena je detaljna analiza cjelokupnog poslovanja i donesen je zaključak u kakvom se stanju trenutno nalazi, je li spremna za novi investicijski ciklus ili ne. Nakon donošenja zaključka o statusu poduzeća analizirala se potencijalna investicija u izgradnju staje za tov junadi s uključenom opremom, manipulativnim sadržajem i mehanizacijom. Nakon analize nove investicije povezuje se dosadašnji plan poslovanja promatranog poduzeća i plan poslovanja novog projekta te se donosi zaključak o učinku povezivanja projekta i dosadašnjeg poslovanja. Every serious company that does not live from one day to the next has long-term plans. Depending on the size of the company, these are often drawn up 5 or even 10 years in advance. Plans are the foundation on which every business should stand. Besides planning the regular business, it is extremely important to plan new projects. The project or investment is the basis for the progress of the business, keeping the existing business does not lead to the growth of the business and the ... More revenue stagnates and usually declines over time. It is extremely important to plan investments properly as they can easily seriously damage the liquidity of a business. It should always be kept in mind that a project is not only an acquisition of fixed assets, but usually requires further followup costs before the first revenues are generated and the production cycle begins. When planning and managing a new project, the ongoing business should not be neglected. This paper meticulously analyses the business of a company engaged in agricultural and energy production. A detailed analysis of the entire business has been carried out and a conclusion has been drawn about the current state of the business, whether the business is ready for a new investment cycle or not. After drawing a conclusion about the status of the business, the potential investment in the construction of a barn for cattle fattening, including equipment, manipulative content and machinery, was analysed. After analysing new investments, the current business plan of the observed enterprise and the business plan of the new project were linked and a conclusion was drawn about the impact of linking the project and the previous business.
