Abstract
Komunikacija je proces koji je neophodan kako bi ostvarili kontakt s osobama u okruženju. Komunicirati znači prikupiti podatke, dati im određeno značenje, stvoriti informaciju te ju razmijeniti između najmanje dva sugovornika. U tom procesu važno je da pošiljatelj, jasno i iskreno izgovara svoju poruku kako bi ju primatelj razumio i interpretirao na ispravan način. Pri tome treba voditi računa da uspješna komunikacija ne predstavlja prijenos samo pozitivnih informacija. Negativna povratna... More informacija jednako je važna dokle god je vođena željom da se komunikacijom ne ugroze interpersonalni odnosi. Takva komunikacija naziva se stimulirajućom, odnosno učinkovitom komunikacijom jer se pošiljatelj fokusira na objektivno opisivanje događaja, ponašanja sugovornika te potencijalnih posljedica takvog ponašanja. Loša komunikacija najčešći je uzrok sukoba i konflikta i u privatnom životu i u organizacijama. Cilj učinkovite komunikacije je stvoriti povjerenje među sugovornicima, a to se može postići ako sugovornici iskreno i s dobrom voljom pristupe komunikacijskom procesu. Kroz principe učinkovite komunikacije prikazat će se utjecaj komunikacije na interpersonalne odnose. Cilj rada je prikazati elemente učinkovite komunikacije i njihov utjecaj na razvoj kvalitetnih odnosa u poslovnom i privatnom životu pojedinca. Poznavanjem i savladavanjem mogućih barijera u komunikaciji, o čemu je također riječ u radu, otklanja se mogućnost sukoba i ugrožavanja odnosa sugovornika. Less

Communication is a process that is necessary to get in touch with the people around us. Communication means collecting data, giving meaning to the data, creating information and exchanging it between at least two people. In this process, it is important that the sender conveys the message clearly so that the receiver understands and interprets it correctly. It is important to remember that successful communication does not mean that the information conveyed was positive. Negative... More feedback is equally important as long as it is guided by a desire not to jeopardize interpersonal relationships. Such communication is called stimulating communication because the sender focuses on objectively describing the event, the person's behavior, and the possible consequences of that behavior. Poor communication is the most common cause of conflict in personal and professional life. The goal of effective communication is to build trust between people, and this can be achieved if people approach the communication process honestly and with good will. Using the principles of effective communication, we can determine how communication affects interpersonal relationships. The aim of this paper is to present a good communication management, which is achieved by applying the principle of effective communication. Good communication management has a great impact on the quality of interpersonal relationships. Knowing and overcoming possible communication barriers, which are also discussed in this paper, excludes the possibility of conflicts and jeopardizing the relationship between the interlocutors. Less
