Abstract
U suvremenom svijetu, nove tehnologije i pritisci konkurencije sa svih strana, nameću poslovnim organizacijama nužnost unapređenja i promjene sastava vodstva i zaposlenika. Posljedično tome, sve se više pozornosti pridaje razvoju ljudskih resursa i upravljanju istima. Svrha rada je u kontekstu usvojenih pojmova objasniti važnost ljudskih potencijala u projektima, odnosno projektnom menadžmentu, te istražiti i analizirati relevantne značajke istih na temelju istraženih spoznaja, posebno u... More uvjetima agilne metodologije upravljanja projektima. Nadalje, u istraživačkom dijelu, na primjeru projekta izrade aplikacije mEVEL, prikazuje se problem upravljanja projektnim timom u kojem svatko ponaosob pokriva određeno područje iz ekonomije (financije, marketing, poduzetništvo), programiranja (developeri, testeri) i psihologije te snosi odgovornost za određeni dio aplikacije. Aplikacija mEVEL ima za cilj podići razinu samopouzdanja i samopoštovanja osoba mlađih generacija putem organiziranih webinara, podcasta, dnevnih izazova i mentorstva „1 na 1“. Projekt će se voditi upotrebom metodologije koja počiva na agilnom pristupu. Najčešće korištena metoda iz svijeta agilnih metoda jest Scrum metoda koju odlikuje učinkovitost organizacije rada i brzog obavljanja danih zadataka. Svaki projekt koji se planira i provodi je unikatan i karakterizira ga jedinstvenost i posebnost, no svaki prolazi kroz tipične faze životnog ciklusa: pokretanje, planiranje, izvršavanje, nadzor i kontrola te zatvaranje projekta. U radu je provedena online anketa među ciljanom studentskom populacijom kojoj je svrha bila procijeniti psihosocijalno stanje mlađe generacije, posebno u percepciji samopouzdanja i samopoštovanja. Odgovori na ova pitanja važni su za razvoj tema i sadržaja koji će se ponuditi u aplikaciji mEVEL. Razvoj samopouzdanja i druge teme o mentalnom zdravlju prilagođavat će se interesima budućih korisnika među kojima se očekuju pretežito oni iz mlađih generacija. Less
Abstract (english)
In modern world, new technologies and pressure caused by competition impose the necessity of improving and changing the composition of leadership and employees on business organizations. Consequently, more and more attention is paid to the development of human resources and its management. The purpose of this paper is to explain, in the context of adopted concepts, the importance of human resources in projects or project management, to examine and analyse their relevant characteristics... More based on given insight, especially in the conditions of project management agile methodology. Furthermore, the research section, based on the example of mEVEL application design project, presents the problem of managing the project team in which every person covers a specific area of economics (finance, marketing, entrepreneurship), programming (developers, testers) and psychology, and is responsible for a particular part of the application. The mEVEL app aims to raise the level of self-confidence and self-esteem in younger generations through organized webinars, podcasts, daily challenges and "1 on 1" mentoring. The project will use methodology based on agile approach whose commonly used method is the Scrum method, which is distinguished by the effectiveness of organizing work and the rapid performance of given tasks. Although each planned and implemented project is unique and special, it goes through the typical stages of the life cycle: launch, planning, execution, supervision and control, closure of the project. An online survey was conducted among the target student population, which was intended to assess the psychosocial state of the younger generation, especially in the perception of selfconfidence and self-esteem. The answers to these questions are important for developing the topics and content that will be offered in the mEVEL application. The development of selfconfidence and other topics regarding mental health will be adapted to the interests of future users, among whom younger generations are expected to be predominant. Less
