Abstract
Poslovni subjekti djeluju na tržištu kojeg nazivamo poslovno tržište ili tržište poslovne potrošnje ali isto tako ono se u literaturi naziva i industrijsko tržište. Industrijsko tržište sastoji se od poslovnih subjekata koji kupuju robe i usluge radi daljnje proizvodnje novih proizvoda i usluga. Potreba za istraživanjem i promatranjem industrijskog tržišta nastala je zbog specifičnosti koje posjeduje u odnosu na tržište osobne potrošnje. U usporedbi s individualnim potrošačima, industrijskih kupaca ima znatno manje ali novčane transakcije su oko 50% veće od transakcija od strane individualnih potrošača. Da bi se bolje razumjelo kako to industrijski kupci, odnosno potrošači razmišljaju potrebno je znati koji su procesi potrebi kako bi došlo do same razmjene, koji čimbenici utječu na njih te kako ti čimbenici mogu promijeniti njihovu odluku o kupovini ili načinu kupnje. Isto kao i pojedinci, industrijski kupci također donose mnogobrojne odluke prilikom kupovine. Neke odluke su rutinske, ako je riječ na primjer o kupnji potrošenog i otprije poznatog proizvoda, ali ako se mijenjaju neki elementi kupovnog procesa dolazimo do modificirane kupnje. Tada se industrijski kupac susreće s kupovnom odlukom u svrhu rješavanja problema.
Abstract (english)
Business entities operate on the market, which we call the business market or the business consumption market, but it is also called the industrial market in the literature. The industrial market consists of business entities that buy goods and services for the further production of new products and services. The need for research and observation of the industrial market arose because of the specificity it has in relation to the personal consumption market. Compared to individual consumers, there are significantly fewer industrial customers, but monetary transactions are about 50% larger than transactions by individual consumers. In order to better understand how industrial buyers, that is, consumers think, it is necessary to know what processes are necessary in order for the exchange itself to take place, what factors influence them and how these factors can change their purchase decision or purchasing method. Just like individuals, industrial buyers also make many decisions when purchasing. Some decisions are routine, if it is for example the purchase of a used and previously known product, but if some elements of the purchase process are changed, we arrive at a modified purchase. Then the industrial buyer is faced with a purchase decision to solve the problem.
