Abstract
Prvo zabilježeno korištenje pojma „optimizacija tražilice“ dogodilo se 1997. godine kada marketinški stručnjaci počinju koristiti prve tehnike optimizacije kako bi se njihove web stranice prikazale na vrhu rezultata pretraživanja. Nakon toga pojavljuju se društvene mreže putem kojih korisnici dijele osobne informacije o svojim interesima, navikama kupovanja, ponašanjima što je olakšalo segmentaciju kupaca u ciljne skupine. Optimizacija za tražilice (eng. Search Engine Optimization) koristi... More se za poboljšanje vidljivosti web stranice postavljanjem multimedijalnih elemenata koje se prilagođavaju tražilicama kako bi ih web tražilice prepoznale. Optimizacija se može napraviti na web stranici (eng. On-site) pomoću HTML koda, slike, teksta, grafike i sl., dok se optimizacija izvan stranice (eng. Off-site) može napraviti pomoću vanjskih linkova koji povezuju web stranice međusobno. Web tražilice indeksiraju stranice pomoću botova – računalnih programa koji pokušavaju oponašati ljudsko ponašanje za rješavanje kratkih, automatiziranih, ponavljajućih zadataka. Na taj način botovi analiziraju sadržaj web stranice te koliko je ona bitna za pretraživanja korisnika. Kako bi tvrtke mogle detaljnije sagledati kako se korisnici ponašaju na stranici, potrebno je koristiti alat za analitiku poput Google Analytics-a. On tvrtkama pruža statistiku i osnovne alate za optimizaciju za tražilice pomoću praćenja kretanja korisnika na webu te prikupljanja podataka o ostvarenim ciljevima poput kupovine, dodavanja proizvoda u košaricu, pretplate na bilten i sl. Abstract (english)
The first use of the phrase “Search Engine Optimization” occurred in 1997 when marketers began using the first optimization techniques to get their websites ranked at the top of search results. After that, social networks appear through which users share personal information about their interests, shopping habits, and behaviors, which facilitated the segmentation of customers into target groups. Search Engine Optimization is used to improve the visibility of a website by setting up... More search-engine-friendly multimedia elements for web search engines to recognize. Optimization can be done on-site using HTML codes, images, text, graphics, etc., while off-site optimization can be done using external links that link the websites to each other. Web search engines index pages using bots - computer programs that try to mimic human behavior to solve short, automated, repetitive tasks. This way, bots analyze the content of the page and how important the page is for user queries. For companies to get a closer look at how users behave on a page, you need to use an analytics tool like Google Analytics. It provides companies with statistics and basic search engine optimization tools by tracking user movements on the web and collecting data on achieved goals such as shopping, adding products to cart, newsletter subscriptions, and more.
