Abstract
Poslovne modele suvremenih poslovnih subjekata nemoguće je zamisliti bez prisutnosti nekog od oblika moderne tehnologije. Tehnološke inovacije pojavljuju se iznimnom brzinom, a kako je gotovo sve usko vezanu uz njih, prilagodbe su sve učestalije i izazovnije. Mobilni marketing predstavlja marketinšku granu koju brojni karakteriziraju kao najznačajniji tehnološki produkt. Simultano uz njegovu pojavu, kreirani se brojni mediji za njegovo odvijanje, a u tom aspektu najznačajnije su društvene mreže. Društvene mreže poslovni subjekti koriste kao marketinški alat za plasiranje promotivnog sadržaja, komunikacijsko približavanje korisnicima te održavanje odnosa s istima. Kvalitetna komunikacija s ciljanim korisnicima postaje sve teža, osobito koristeći kreativan i inovativan sadržaj s kojim se tržište ranije nije susrelo. Korisnici postaju sve zahtjevniji, a njihova pažnja sve kraća što marketerima predstavlja veliki izazov u pristupu. Promjene u korištenju i sadržaju društvenih mreža pa i ostalih mobilnih aplikacija koje se nužno ne svrstavaju u društvene mreže, a usko su vezane u pojam mobilnog okruženja, nazivaju se trendovima mobilnog okruženja.
Abstract (english)
Business models of modern business entities are impossible to imagine without the presence of some form of modern technology. Technological innovations appear at an exceptional speed and since almost everything is closely related to them, adaptations are more and more frequent and challenging. Mobile marketing represents a marketing branch that many characterize as the most important technological product. Simultaneously with its appearance, numerous media were created for its development, and in this aspect social networks are the most significant. Business entities use social networks as a marketing tool for placing promotional content, communicating with users and maintaining relationships with them. Quality communication with target customers is becoming more and more difficult, especially using creative and innovative content that the market has not encountered before. Users are becoming more and more demanding, and their attention spans are getting shorter and shorter, which represents a big challenge to marketers in their approach. Changes in the use and content of social networks and other mobile applications that are not necessarily classified as social networks, but are closely related to the concept of mobile environment, are called mobile environment trends.
