Abstract
Dinamika suvremenog maloprodajnog, uslužnog i drugih oblika poslovanja s građanstvom, s jedne te pad cijena i široka upotreba informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije s druge strane utjecali su na široku rasprostranjenost POS sustava u poslovanju. Štoviše, pozitivni zakonski propisi u Republici Hrvatskoj kojima je uvedena obveza fiskalizacije računa značajno su pridonijeli rastu obujma i rasprostranjenosti upotrebe POS sustava. Svakome tko planira razvoj blagajničkog programskog sustava,... More odnosno POS sustava, od primarnog je značaja s jedne strane poznavati tržište takvih programskih rješenja, funkcionalnost takvih programskih rješenja, tehnologije s kojima se takvo programsko rješenje može izgraditi, a s druge strane dobro poznavati procese, odnosno tehnologiju procesa fiskalizacije. Kako bi se pomoglo korisnicima u izboru tehnologije i provedbi fiskalizacije istraženo je objašnjeno što je to fiskalizacija i od čega se sastoji, sagledane su programske tehnologije koje se koriste u razvoju blagajničkih programskih rješenja, posebice HTML, PHP i MySQL, istraženo je tržište blagajničkih programskih rješenja te analizirane su funkcionalnosti dostupnih programskih aplikacija i konačno temeljem spoznaja dobivenih prethodnim istraživanjima izraditi vlastito ogledno programsko rješenje za blagajničko poslovanje. Provedena su istraživanja pokazala kako su POS programski sustavi izuzetno kompleksna programska rješenja i s aspekta funkcionalnosti i s aspekta područja njihove uporabe. Uz to POS programska rješenja u Republici Hrvatskoj, a sukladno pozitivnim zakonskim propisima, od siječnja 2013. godine, moraju omogućiti uz sve druge standardne funkcionalnosti i fiskalizaciju računa. Zahvaljujući fiskalizaciji Porezna uprava ima uvid u poslovanje poslovnog subjekta, obujam njegovog dnevnog prometa i slično. Temeljem uočenih funkcionalnosti POS sustava, a radi testiranja mogućnosti izgradnje POS programskih rješenja temeljenih na Web tehnologijama, razvijeno je funkcionalno ogledno POS programsko rješenje upotrebom HTML-a, PHP-a i sustava za upravljanje bazama podataka MySQL. Rezultati provedenih istraživanja ukazali su da se POS programsko rješenje može temeljiti na potencijalima koje pružaju Web razvojne tehnologije. Less

The dynamics of modern retail, service and other forms of retail business, on the one hand, and falling prices and widespread use of information and communication technology on the other hand have affected the widespread use of POS systems in business. In order to help users in choosing technology and implementing fiscalization, it was explained what fiscalization is and what it consists of, software technologies used in the development of cash register software solutions, especially HTML, PHP and MySQL, the market of cash register software solutions and the functionalities of the available software applications were analyzed, and finally, based on the knowledge gained from previous research, to develop our own sample software solution for cash operations. Research has shown that POS software systems are extremely complex software solutions both in terms of functionality and in terms of their area of use. In addition, POS software solutions in the Republic of Croatia, and in accordance with positive legal regulations, from January 2013, must enable, in addition to all other standard functionalities, account fiscalization. Thanks to fiscalization, the Tax Administration has an insight into the business of the business entity, the volume of its daily turnover and the like. Based on the observed functionalities of POS systems, and in order to test the possibility of building POS software solutions based on Web technologies, a functional sample POS software solution was developed using HTML, PHP and MySQL database management systems.
