Abstract
Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je kritički analizirati ključne pojmovne odrednice Zelenog plana, njegove učinke na strateško planiranje suvremenih poslovnih subjekata. Cilj rada je napraviti sistematičan pregled literature te temeljen analize sekundarnih izvora podatka kategorizirati najvažnije i najznačajnije učinke Zelenog plana na klimatski neutralno, energetski i resursno učinkovito, te okolišno održivo poslovanja poslovnih subjekata. Ujedno, u ovom su radu predstavljeni i primjeri dobre prakse održivog poslovanja te je ukazano na postojanje snaga, slabosti, prilika i prijetnji u analizi potencijala hrvatskih poslovnih subjekata na području održivog, klimatski neutralnog i niskougljičnog poslovanja. Rezultati pokazuju kako su zelene inovacije u razvoju proizvoda, poslovnih modela, zelenih tehnologija za energetsku učinkovitost, razvoj upravljačkih kompetencija i standarda izvještavanja o okolišnim učincima prepoznate kao važna područja strateških planova poslovnih subjekata. Međutim potrebno je povećati spremnost anticipativnih i proaktivnih strateških reakcija poslovnih subjekata. Ujedno analiza sekundarnih izvora informacija ukazuje kako u RH raste interes i potencijal poslovnih subjekata za zelenu tranziciju poslovnih subjekata.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this graduate paper is to critically analyze the main conceptual determinants of the Green Plan and its impact on strategic planning in modern companies. The aim of the paper is to conduct a systematic review of the literature and, based on the analysis of secondary data sources, categorize the most important and significant impacts of the Green Plan on climate neutral, energy- and resource-efficient, and environmentally sustainable activities of companies. At the same time, this paper presents examples of good practice in sustainable business and highlights the existence of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the analysis of the potential of Croatian companies in the field of sustainable, climate-neutral and low-carbon business. The results show that green innovations in the development of products, business models, green technologies for energy efficiency, development of management skills and reporting standards on environmental effects are recognized as important areas in the strategic plans of companies. However, there is a need to increase the readiness of anticipatory and proactive strategic responses by companies. At the same time, the analysis of secondary information sources indicates that the interest and potential of companies in the green transition of businesses in the Republic of Croatia is growing.
