Abstract
Poduzetnici diljem svijeta traže načine za uvođenje svojih proizvoda na međunarodno tržište. Međunarodno marketinško okruženje predstavlja puno mogućnosti i prijetnji stranim sudionicima. Kulturno-socijalno, pravno, ekonomsko, informatičko i internetsko, političko, tehničko-tehnološko okruženje te mikrookruženje djeluju kao determinantni čimbenici u poduzetničkom uspjehu na globalnim tržištima. Ovaj rad za cilj ima otkriti efekte ovih dimenzija međunarodnog marketinškog okruženja na poduzetnički razvoj. Rad se uvelike oslanja na sekundarne izvore informacija. Rad analizira primjer švedske tvrtke Ikea. Ikea je proizvođač namještaja, koji je 1970. godine postala međunarodno poduzeće. Rad će primijeniti alate PESTEL, Porterov modela pet sila i SWOT analize. Svrha ovog rada je definirati pojmove međunarodnog marketinga te elemente okruženja, te analizirati poslovanje poduzeća Ikea na stranom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurs around the world are looking for ways to bring their products to international markets. The international marketing environment presents many opportunities and threats to foreign participants. Cultural-social, legal, economic, information and internet, political, technical-technological environment and micro-environment act as determinants in entrepreneurial success in global markets. This paper aims to discover the effects of these dimensions of the international marketing environment on entrepreneurial development. The paper relies heavily on secondary sources of information. The paper analyzes the example of the Swedish company Ikea. Ikea is a furniture manufacturer that became an international company in 1970. The paper will use PESTEL tools, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis. The purpose of this paper defines the concepts of international marketing and elements of the environment, and analyzes the business of Ikea in foreign markets.
