Abstract
Međunarodno poslovanje i međunarodna trgovina se u suvremenoj ekonomskoj znanosti smatraju najznačajnijim pokretačima gospodarstva. Kako bi poduzeća mogla optimalno zadovoljiti potražnju na međunarodnom tržištu potrebna im je kvalitetna logistička potpora. Upravo zahvaljujući toj težnji intenziviranjem međunarodne razmjene razvija se međunarodna logistika. Međunarodnu logistiku moguće je definirati kao praćenje toka materijala i informacija od ishodišta do kraja lanca opskrbe to jest do... More kupca pri čemu dolazi do prelaska preko nacionalne granice. Takvo poslovanje nosi sa sobom velik broj izazova i rizika. Pravna okolina, tehnološka okolina te budući trendovi razvoja industrije samo su neki od vanjskih čimbenika koji imaju značajan utjecaj na međunarodnu logistiku. Interne odrednice logističkog poslovanja vezane su uz karakteristike proizvoda te logističku razvijenost poduzeća. Upravljanje rizicima u međunarodnoj logistici značajna je stavka suvremenih opskrbnih lanaca. Pravovremena identifikacija te pravilno osiguranje od mogućih štetnih događaja karakteristika su uspješnih logističkih poduzeća. Kraš d.d. jedno je od najvećih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj koje se bavi proizvodnjom čokoladnih i bombonskih proizvoda. Efikasno međunarodno logističko poslovanje je značajan preduvjet koji poduzeće mora ostvariti kako bi svoje proizvode uspješno dostavilo kupcima. Neki od najvećih izazova međunarodnog logističkog poslovanja Kraša su izuzetno osjetljivi proizvodi, velike udaljenosti između tržišta te svakako omjer troškova i koristi pri korištenju različitih logističkih strategija. In modern economics international business and international trade are considered to be the most important drivers of the national economy. In order for companies to optimally meet the demand on the international market, they need quality logistical support. It is thanks to this aspiration that international logistics is developing by intensifying international exchange. International logistics can be defined as monitoring the flow of materials and information from the origin to the... More end of the supply chain, ie to the customer, with a susbequent crossing of the national border. Such a business carries with it a number of challenges and risks. The legal environment, the technological environment and future trends in the development of the industry are just some of many external factors that have a significant impact on international logistics. Internal determinants of logistics business are related to product characteristics and logistics development of the company. Risk management in international logistics is a significant item of modern supply chains. Timely identification and proper insurance against possible adverse events are the characteristics of successful logistics companies. Kraš is one of the largest companies in the Republic of Croatia engaged in the production of chocolate and candy products. Efficient international logistics operations are a significant prerequisite that a company must achieve in order to successfully deliver its products to customers. Some of the biggest challenges of Kraš international business logistics are extremely sensitive products, long distances between markets and certainly the cost-benefit ratio when using different logistics strategies.
