Abstract
Pri pokretanju svakog novog poslovnog pothvata poduzetnicima su neophodni financijski resursi. Mnogo poduzetnika u tom stadiju nema mnogo vlastitih sredstava te moraju donijeti odluku na koji način će doći do potrebnih resursa. Postoji mnogo različitih izvora i strategija financiranja novih poduzetničkih pothvata. Rad će obuhvatiti različite izvore i strategije financiranja novih poduzetničkih pothvata poput vlastitih sredstava, poslovnih anđela, fondova rizičnih kapitala, kreditne programe komercijalnih banaka ali i drugih institucija (kao što je HBOR), te različite financijske instrumente HAMAG-BICRO-a i bespovratne financijske potpore. U zadnjem poglavlju bit će opisano nekoliko slučajeva hrvatskih poduzeća koja su pri pokretanju poslovnog pothvata koristila različite izvore financiranja te će se moći zaključiti o prednostima i nedostacima pojedinih izvora financiranja.
Abstract (english)
When starting any new business venture, entrepreneurs need financial resources. Many entrepreneurs at that stage do not have much of their own funds and must make a decision on how to get the necessary resources. There are many different sources and strategies for financing new entrepreneurial ventures. The paper will cover various sources and strategies of financing new entrepreneurial ventures such as own funds, business angels, venture capital funds, credit programs of commercial banks and other institutions (such as HBOR), as well as various financial instruments of HAMAG-BICRO and non-refundable financial support (grants). In the last chapter, several cases of Croatian companies that used different sources of financing when starting a business venture will be described, and it will be possible to conclude on the advantages and disadvantages of chosen sources of financing.
