Abstract
Zahvaljujući današnjoj globalizaciji, može se reći kako je proces pregovaranja zastupljen u baš svakom aspektu života, od privatnog do poslovnog. Shodno tome, na svakom koraku su dostupne različite vrste samostalne edukacije uz koju pojedinac ima priliku nadograditi vlastite vještine. Primjena pregovaračkih vještina ima posebnu ulogu i vrlo je važno znati pregovarati. Pregovaranjem se samostalno dolazi do željenih ciljeva, ali dobre pregovaračke vještine pojedincu otvaraju brojne mogućnosti u poslovnom svijetu. Posebno kad je zasićenost tržišta rada danas gusta te je potrebno, izuzev traženog znanja za određeno radno mjesto, istaknuti se i po pitanju ostalih vještina. Uz dobre komunikacijske vještine, važno je obratiti pozornost i na znakove neverbalne komunikacije. Oni su jednako važni kao i razvijene pregovaračke vještine. Neverbalni znakovi imaju poseban utjecaj na prvi dojam prilikom upoznavanja. U ovom diplomskom radu detaljnije će biti objašnjene komunikacijske i pregovaračke vještine, selekcijski intervju i primjena pregovaračkih vještina tijekom selekcijskog intervjua, kao i istraživanje vještina pregovaranja prilikom selekcijskog intervjua. U istraživanju je uključen određeni uzorak ljudi koji su specijalizirani za zapošljavanje osoba, a ono se provodilo metodom ispitivanja. Uzorak se sastojao od 33 ispitanika iz različitih područja djelatnosti i načina provedbe selekcijskog intervjua.
Abstract (english)
Thanks to today's globalization, it can be said that the negotiation process is represented in every aspect of life, from private to business one. Consequently, different types of self-education are available at every step, with which the individual has the opportunity to upgrade their own skills. The application of negotiation skills has a special role and it is very important to know how to negotiate. Negotiating independently achieves the desired goals, but good negotiation skills open up many opportunities for the individual in the business world. Especially when the saturation of the labor market today is dense and it is necessary, in addition to the required knowledge for a particular job, to stand out in terms of other skills. In addition to good communication skills, it isimportant to pay attention to the signs of nonverbal communication. They are just as important as developed negotiation skills. Nonverbal cues have a special effect on the first impression when meeting a person. In this diploma thesis, communication and negotiation skills, selection interview and application of negotiation skills during the selection interview will be explained in more detail,as well as research of negotiation skills during the selection interview. The research included a certain sample of people who specialize in the employment of persons, and it was conducted by the method of surveys. The sample consists of 33 respondents from different fields of activity and different ways of conducting a selection interview.
