Human is a social being who enterns naturally into an interaction with the environment. He applies communication in a social or a business sense on a daily basis. At least two people who exchange information with each other are needed to maintain the communication process. As a special aspect of general communication, business communication stands out. It includes the classic transmission of messages, exchange and processing of information, contacts with business partners and many other items without the business is not possible. There are four possible ways of communication in personal and business environment: verbal communication, written communication, nonverbal communication and digital (electronic) communication. Communication is the main determinant of negotiation. For this reason, all four mentioned communications carry a certain importance in business negotiations, but verbal and nonverbal communication stand out. Without verbal expression it is not possible to hold negotiations, while the presence of nonverbal cues greatly helps the negotiator in assessing his interlocutors. Negotiation is considered like one of the oldest human activities. People often meet in negotiating situation, even they won't want or when they aren't aware of it. This has led to the development of business negotiation that involves negotiations within a company of firm. Thus, through the type of negotiations, companies do not improve their own business by concluding deals and maintaining business relationships. With the development digital business, companies are increasingly applying digital negotiation with the traditional form of face-to-face. Traditional negotiation is of a special nature because it allows personal contact with participants and a better business and cultural vision of the environment. While negotiating with the help of tehnology stands out: with an axcellent communication upgrade and financial advantage. In this paper, the emphasis is placed on possible types of negotiations, ways of negotiations and the presence of verbal and nonverbal communication within them.
