Abstract
Predmet završnog rada su promjene i stres u organizaciji. U radu se prikazuje utjecaj promjena na razinu stresa zaposlenika u organizaciji. Nastoji se ukazati na to da je stres jedan od najvećih problema zaposlenika na radnom mjestu te istaknuti važnost prevencije, praćenja i pronalaska načina za smanjenje razine stresa zaposlenika u organizacijama. Praćenje razine stresa kod zaposlenika važno je iz razloga što zaposlenici koji su pod stresom utječu na cjelokupno poslovanje organizacije.... More Jedan od uzročnika stresa kod zaposlenika su organizacijske promjene. Organizacijske promjene, ako su pomno planirane i sustavno uvedene u poslovanje, omogućavaju organizacijama rast, razvoj i unaprjeđenje poslovanja. Osobe odgovorne za planiranje, uvođenje i praćenje organizacijskih promjena su menadžeri, a o tome koliko će se organizacijske promjene uspješno implementirati u organizaciju uvelike ovisi o zaposlenicima iste. Zaposlenici organizacije, prilikom uvođenja organizacijskih promjena, neminovno će biti pod stresom, a na menadžerima je kako će upravljati razinom stresa zaposlenika. Što je više zaposlenika u organizaciji pod stresom, to se češće događaju pogreške, organizacijska klima postaje negativna, zaposlenici postaju manje produktivni i međuodnosi u organizaciji bivaju narušeni. Kako bi organizacijske promjene u što manjoj mjeri utjecale na razinu stresa zaposlenika, primjenjuju se dva pristupa upravljanja stresom u organizaciji – individualni i organizacijski. Oba pristupa pomažu zaposlenicima da prepoznaju koji su uzročnici stresa i pronađu načine za smanjenje razine stresa. Less
Abstract (english)
The subject of the final work are changes and stress in the organization. The paper presents the impact of changes on the level of employee stress in the organization. It tries to point out that stress is one of the biggest problems of employees in the workplace and emphasize the importance of prevention, monitoring and finding ways to reduce the level of stress of employees in organizations. Monitoring the level of stress in employees is important because employees who are under stress... More affect the overall business of the organization. One of the causes of stress in employees is organizational change. Organizational changes, if carefully planned and systematically implemented in business, enable organizations to grow, develop and improve their business. The people responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring organizational change are managers, and how successfully organizational change is implemented in an organization largely depends on its employees. The employees of the organization, when introducing organizational changes, will inevitably be under stress, and it is up to the managers how they will manage the stress level of the employees. The more employees in an organization are under stress more often mistakes will happen, the organizational climate becomes negative, employees become less productive, and interrelationships in the organization become disrupted. In order for organizational changes to have the least possible impact on the level of employee stress, two approaches to stress management in the organization are applied - individual and organizational. Both approaches help employees identify the causes of stress and find ways to reduce stress levels. Less
