Abstract
Za ulazak u poduzetnički pothvat ne odlučuje se mnogo ljudi u Hrvatskoj. Razlozi tomu mogu biti različiti, a isti se većinom odnose na vlastitu nesigurnost mladih poduzetnika, nedostatak njihove odlučnosti, znanja, odvažnosti te nepovjerenje u vlastitu državu i strah od nepoznatog. Mnogi poduzetnici početnici susreću se s više problema istovremeno, od početnih administrativnih prepreka pa sve do prilagodbi tržišta. Cilj ovog rada je objasniti koje su točno prepreke s kojima se poduzetnici... More susreću, ali i koje su njihove strateške mogućnosti u svijetu poduzetništva. Početak rada čini povijesni pregled poduzetništva u Hrvatskoj i svijetu, zatim se prelazi na pojmovno određenje poduzetništva i poduzetnika te obrazloženju vrsta istih. Obzirom da se pojam menadžera sve više upotrebljava i postaje širok pojam koji se dodjeljuje raznim poslovima, primjerice menadžer za ljudske potencijale, menadžer za odnose s kupcima i sl.”; ovaj rad objašnjava pojam menadžera i razliku u odnosu na poduzetnika. Osim prepreka mladih poduzetnika za ulazak u poduzetnički pothvat, ovaj rad osvrće se i na njihove najčešće pogreške pri takvom pothvatu te nedostatke koje svijet poduzetništva nosi. Less
Abstract (english)
Not many people in Croatia decide to enter an entrepreneurial venture. The reasons for this can be different, and they mostly relate to the own insecurity of young entrepreneurs, their lack of determination, knowledge, courage and distrust in their own country and fear of the unknown. Many start-up entrepreneurs face several problems at the same time, from initial administrative barriers to market adjustments. The aim of this paper is to explain what exactly are the obstacles that... More entrepreneurs face, but also what are their strategic opportunities in the world of entrepreneurship. The beginning of the work is a historical overview of entrepreneurship in Croatia and the world, then we move on to the conceptual definition of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs and the explanation of their types. Whereas the term manager is increasingly used and is becoming a broad term assigned to various jobs, such as human resources manager, customer relations manager, etc; this paper explains the notion of manager and the difference in relation to entrepreneur. In addition to the obstacles of young entrepreneurs to enter an entrepreneurial venture, this paper also looks at their most common mistakes in such a venture and the shortcomings of the world of entrepreneurship.
