Abstract
U ekonomskom smislu, pregovaranje je postalo vrlo važno, ali ono je neizbježan način komunikacije ljudi u njihovim svakodnevnim životima. Poslovno pregovaranje kao pojam ima mnogo različitih definicija, ali može se reći kako je ono proces komunikacije između dvije ili više osoba koje za cilj ima da obje pregovaračke strane budu zadovoljne ishodom pregovaranja. Suvremeno poslovno pregovaranje orijentira se na puno više od samog oduzimanja moći drugoj pregovaračkoj strani, kao što je to... More tradicionalno bilo povjereno samo muškarcima. Danas žene imaju puno veće uloge u poslovnom svijetu, a posebice u poslovnom pregovaranju. One su pokazale veću fleksibilnost i otvorenost u poslovnom svijetu, ali i u pregovaranju od svojih muških kolega. Pojavom sve jače i raznovrsnije konkurencije došlo je do toga da se žene više preferira kao pregovarače zato što su komunikativnije i toplije, ali i pozitivno djeluju na ishod pregovaračkog procesa. Žene se u međunarodnom poslovnom okruženju susreću s mnogim barijerama koje one uspješno savladavaju. Prvenstveni cilj istraživanja je bio ispitati stav žena prema njihovoj ulozi u međunarodnom poslovnom pregovaranju. Prema rezultatima istraživanja 50% žena je odgovorilo da sudjeluje u poslovnom pregovaranju u poduzeću u kojemu rade što dovodi do zaključka kako sve više žena ima ulogu u domaćem, ali i u međunarodnom poslovnom pregovaranju. Iako ih 87,5% smatra da su žene manje zastupljene u međunarodnom poslovnom pregovaranju, to se polako mijenja. Žene se obrazuju kao pregovarači i pokazuju svoje sposobnosti i prednosti koje imaju kao žena, poput strpljenja, otvorenosti i fleksibilnosti i stvaranja uspješnih dugoročnih odnosa. Less
Abstract (english)
In the economic terms, negotiation has become extremely important, but it has become an inevitable people’s way of communication in their everyday lives. As a term, business negotiation can be defined by various definition, but it can be said that it is a process of communication between two or more persons with the aim that both negotiation parties are fulfilled with an outcome of a negotiation. Modern business negotiation is oriented on a lot more than solely taking the power away... More from other negotiation party, as it was entrusted traditionally to men only. Today, women have a lot bigger roles in the business world, especially in the business negotiation. They have shown a lot more flexibility and openness in the business world and negotiations from their male coworkers as well. With an appearance of a stronger and more diverse competition, it came to that women are more preferred as negotiators, as they are more communicative and warmer but also have a positive impact on the outcome of a negotiation process. Woman in the international business environment are encountered with a lot of barriers, which they outcome successfully. According to the results of the research, 50% of women answered that they participate in business negotiations in the company where they work, which leads to the conclusion that more and more women have a role in domestic, but also in international business negotiations. Although 87,5% of them believe that women are less represented in international business negotiations, this is slowly changing. Women are trained as negotiators and demonstrate their abilities and strengths that they have as a woman, such as patience, openness and flexibility and creating successful long-term relationships.
