Abstract
Iako je timski rad oduvijek prisutan u poduzećima danas se o njegovoj ulozi u stvaranju uspješnog i konkurentnog poduzeća sve više raspravlja. U tim raspravama posebno se nameće pitanja koje karakteristike bi trebao tim imati kako bi bio uspješan u ostvarenju onih ciljeva zbog kojih se i formirao. Uobičajeno mišljenje je da članovi tima moraju imati slične vještine, sposobnosti i znanja kako bi uspješno utjecali na ostvarenje organizacijskih ciljeva. Iako je komplementarnost među članovima... More tima vrlo važna, to je tek mali dio onoga što čini uspješan tim. Svakom timu potreban je dobar i odvažan vođa, redovita dvosmjerna komunikacija, razmjena ideja i informacija te jasno zacrtani cilj kako ne bi bilo nejasnoća i lutanja tijekom rada u timu. Komunikacija među članovima tima i između vođe i članova temelj je svakog uspješnog i funkcionalnoga tima. Osim komunikacije, vrlo važna karika svakoga tima je sposoban vođa koji će znati upravljati timom, ali i uvažavati ideje i inovacije koje mu tim ponudi. Svaka uspješna organizacija zna kako je važno raditi na motiviranosti svojih zaposlenika, a upravo je timski rad jedan od boljih načina pomoću kojeg organizacije osnažuju svoje zaposlenike, potiču ih na izražavanje vlastitih zamisli, ideja i inovacija te povećavaju indidividualnu i organizacijsku produktivnost. Abstract (english)
Although teamwork has always existed in organizations, its role in creating a successful and competitive business is increasingly discussed today. These discussions raise the question of what characteristics a team should have in order to successfully achieve the goals for which it was formed. The conventional wisdom is that team members must have similar skills, abilities, and knowledge in order to successfully influence the achievement of organizational goals. Although complementarity among... More team members is very important, it is only a small part of what makes a successful team. Every team needs a good and courageous leader, regular two-way communication, exchange of ideas and information, and a clearly defined goal to avoid ambiguity and misdirection during teamwork. Communication among team members and between the leader and members is the foundation of any successful and functioning team. In addition to communication, a very important component of any team is a capable leader who knows how to lead the team, but also appreciates the ideas and innovations that the team offers him. Every successful company knows how important it is to motivate its employees, and teamwork is one of the best means by which companies can empower their employees and give them the opportunity to express their own ideas, values and innovations, thereby increasing both individual and company productivity.
