Abstract
Poslovna komunikacija se odnosi na vođenje uljudnog razgovora tijekom različitih poslovnih situacija, poslovno dopisivanje, govor tijela i ton glasa, ophođenje prilikom različitih poslovnih druženja, poslovno odijevanje i slično. Iz svega nabrojanog vidljivo je kako poslovna komunikacija predstavlja osnovu za djelotvorno i uspješno poslovanje svakog pojedinačnog poduzeća. Komunikacija u svojoj srži predstavlja razmjenu ideja, poruka, ali i emocija između najmanje dvije ili više osoba, a na način komunikacije najviše utječe odnos koji su sugovornici razvili. Svrha diplomskog rada je analizirati elemente poslovne komunikacije i njenu funkciju u upravljanju i realiziranju postavljenih ciljeva te će se na stvarnom primjeru poznatog hrvatskog poduzeća analizirati način poslovnog komuniciranja i elemente koji čine poslovnu komunikaciju u tom poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
Business communication refers to conducting a polite conversation in various business situations, business correspondence, body language and tone of voice, behavior at various business meetings, business attire, and the like. From all this, it is clear that business communication is the foundation for the effective and successful functioning of every single business. In essence, communication means the exchange of ideas, messages and emotions between at least two or more people, and the nature of communication is primarily influenced by the relationship developed by the interlocutors. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the elements of business communication and its function in management and in achieving organizational goals. Using the real example of a well-known Croatian company, the method of business communication and the elements that make up business communication in this company are analyzed.
