Abstract
Važno područje učinkovitog motiviranja djelatnika i uspješnog vođenja zaposlenika nedvojbeno je nagrađivanje. Organizacije sve veću pozornost pridaju nagrađivanju zaposlenika jer upravo ljudi predstavljaju jedini živi element organizacije te se smatraju glavnim faktorom uspješnosti poduzeća. Kada se govori o nagrađivanju zaposlenika, većina isključivo pomisli na materijalno nagrađivanje, točnije na povišice plaće. S druge strane, učinkovito i uspješno nagrađivanje zaposlenika nemoguće je... More ostvariti bez nematerijalnog nagrađivanja. Najbolji rezultati postižu se kombiniranjem materijalnog i nematerijalnog sustava nagrađivanja. Prilikom korištenja navedenih sustava, potrebno je prepoznati što pokreće svakog zaposlenika i koja će ga vrsta nagrade najviše potaknuti na rad i zadovoljiti ga. Činjenica je da svaki pojedinac ima svoje potrebe i želje koje nije uvijek moguće zadovoljiti isključivo materijalnim kompenzacijama. Oba sustava jednako su važna, stoga će se u ovome radu jednaki značaj pridodati istraživanju različitih sustava nagrađivanja. Također, korištenjem sekundarnih podataka, objašnjeni su navedeni sustavi na primjeru tvrtke Bugatti Rimac Automobili i Ikea Hrvatska d.o.o. koje posluju na prostoru Republike Hrvatske. Less
Abstract (english)
An important area of effective employee motivation and successful management of employees is undoubtedly rewarding. Organizations are adding more and more attention to rewarding employees because it is people who represent the only living element of the organization and are considered the main factor of the company's performance. When it comes to rewarding employees, most people only think of material remuneration, specifically, salary raises. On the other hand, effective and successful... More remuneration of employees is impossible to achieve without intangible rewards. The best results are achieved by combining material and intangible reward systems. When using these systems, it is necessary to recognize what drives each employee and what type of reward will most encourage him to work and satisfy him. The fact is that each individual has his own needs and desires that can not always be met exclusively with material compensation. Both systems are equally important, so this paper will add equal importance to the research of different reward systems. Also, using secondary data, the mentioned systems on the example of Bugatti Rimac Automobili and Ikea Hrvatska d.o.o., which operates on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, are explained. Less
