Abstract
Elementi organizacijske strukture čine sastavni dio svake organizacije kao cjeline. Svaki je element podjednako važan, a i povezan sa svim ostalim elementima. Autori specijalizirani za područje ekonomije navode iduće elemente organizacijske strukture: organizacija materijalnih inputa, organizacija ljudskih resursa, organizacija raščlanjivanja i grupiranja zadataka, organizacija upravljanja i menadžmenta te organizacija vremenskog redoslijeda poslova. More strukture važno je da se u obzir uzme svaki element, te što je više moguće koristiti svaki od elemenata pri tome, dok u suprotnome može doći do nefunkcioniranja cjelokupne organizacije. Za uspješno poslovanje svake organizacije, uz uspješnu usklađenost svih navedenih elemenata, potrebno je imati i menadžera koji će sve to voditi. U ovom radu prikazuje se koji su sve elementi organizacijske strukture, od čega je sačinjen svaki od elemenata, te na koji se način može doći do odgovarajuće organizacijske strukture za svako poduzeće. Elements of organizational structure form an integral part of each organization as a whole. Each element is equally important, and connected to all other elements. Authors specialized in the field of economics state the following elements of the organizational structure: organization of material inputs, organization of human resources, organization of analysis and grouping of tasks, organization of management and administration, and organization of time schedule. When choosing the appropriate... More organizational structure, it is important to take into account each element, and to use each of the elements as much as possible, otherwise the whole organization may not function. For the successful operation of any organization, along with the successful coordination of all the above elements, it is necessary to have a manager who will lead it all. This paper presents all the elements of the organizational structure, what each of the elements is made of, and how to find the appropriate organizational structure for each company. The first part of the paper explains the definition of organizational structure, while the second part of the paper is devoted to each of the elements separately, as well as the sub-elements that make up each element.
