Abstract
Rast poduzeća predstavlja pozitivnu promjenu unutar poduzeća, čiji se pozitivni učinci prelijevaju na gospodarstvo i društvo u cjelini. Rastuća poduzeća predstavljaju generator razvoja gospodarstva, jer generiraju nova radna mjesta, multipliciraju znanje, potiču kreativnost i inovativnost, potiču promjene i teže ka napretku. Kako bi se rast postigao potrebno je odabrati prikladne strategije rasta. Poduzeće može rasti organski ili anorganski. Organski rast predstavlja rast poduzeća njegovim internim snagama i resursima, a anorganski rast podrazumijeva korištenje vanjskih resursa u rastu poduzeća. Odabirom strategija organskog rasta, poduzeće može rasti kroz strategije intenzivnog rasta (strategija razvoja proizvoda, strategija razvoja tržišta i strategija penetracije), strategiju diversifikacije i strategiju modernizacije ili strategijama anorganskog, odnosno vanjskog rasta kao što su strategije akvizicije i spajanja te strategije strateškog partnerstva.Empirijski dio rada istražuje šest poduzeća iz IT sektora i analizira njihove strategije rasta. Poduzeća SPIN, Mono i Inchoo imaju organski rast, dok su poduzeća Orqa, Span i Infobip rasli anorganski.
Abstract (english)
The growth of the company represents a positive change within the company, the positive effects of which spill over into the economy and society as a whole. Growing companies represent a generator of economic development, because they generate new jobs, multiply knowledge, encourage creativity and innovation, encourage change and strive for progress. In order to achieve growth, it is necessary to choose suitable growth strategies. A company can grow organically or inorganically. Organic growth represents the growth of the company with its internal forces and resources, while inorganic growth implies the use of external resources in the growth of the company. By choosing organic growth strategies, the company can grow through intensive growth strategies (product development strategy, market development strategy and penetration strategy), diversification strategy and modernization strategy, or through inorganic, i.e. external growth strategies such as acquisition and merger strategies and strategic partnership strategies. The empirical part of the paper investigates six companies from the IT sector and analyzes their growth strategies. The companies SPIN, Mono and Inchoo have organic growth, while the companies Orqa, Span and Infobip have grown inorganically.
