Abstract
Nekada su najvažniji resursi bili oni materijalni, koji su služili za proizvodnju određenih proizvoda, no danas se sve više u prvi plan stavljaju ljudi, točnije zaposlenici, te njihova znanja i vještine. Sve se više javlja potreba za kvalificiranim i sposobnim zaposlenicima koji će kvalitetno obavljati posao te tako doprinijeti uspješnom poslovanju organizacije. More kvalifikacija, znanja i vještina za obavljanje posla, odnosno rješavanja problema. Provode se određeni koraci kako bi se izabrao najbolji zaposlenik za određeno radno mjesto. Najvažniji koraci su regrutacija, odnosno pribavljanje potencijalnih kandidata te selekcija istih. Selekcija se radi kako bi u uži krug ušli najkvalitetniji kandidati te kako bi se na kraju izabrao najbolji zaposlenik za određeno radno mjesto. Pribavljanjem se koriste različite metode oglašavanja radnog mjesta kako bi se privukao što veći broj potencijalnih zaposlenika. U procesu selekcije provode se određeni testovi i intervjui, kako bi organizacija što bolje upoznala potencijalnog kandidata te otkrila njegove prednosti i nedostatke, odnosno odredila ima li kandidat potencijala za rad u organizaciji. Nakon što izabrani zaposlenik uđe u organizaciju, odjel za ljudske resurse ima zadatak brinuti o njemu, motivirati ga te nastojati dugoročno zadržati u istoj. Iako planiranje može biti kratkoročno i dugoročno, organizacije koje dugoročno planiraju ljudske resurse imaju veće šanse za uspjehom u poslovanju, kao i veće šanse za postizanje dugoročnog zadovoljstva zaposlenika, što je cilj svake organizacije koja želi opstati na tržištu i biti bolja od konkurencije. Abstract (english)
In the past, the most important resources were those materials, which were used for the production of certain products, but today people, more precisely employees, and their knowledge and skills are put in the foreground. There is an increasing need for qualified and capable employees who will do quality work and thus contribute to the successful operation of the organization. The human resources department is in charge of finding just such employees. They plan the required... More number of people, certain qualifications, knowledge, and skills to do the job or solve problems. Certain steps are taken to select the best employee for a particular job. The most important steps are recruitment, respectively obtaining potential candidates and their selection. The selection is done in order to enter the shortlist of the best candidates and in the end to choose the best employee for a particular job. Procurement uses different methods of job advertising to attract as many potential employees as possible. In the selection process, certain tests and interviews are conducted, in order for the organization to get to know the potential candidate better and discover his advantages and disadvantages, respectively to determine whether the candidate has the potential to work in the organization. After the selected employee joins the organization, the human resources department has the task of taking care of him, motivating him, and trying to keep him in the long term. Although planning can be short-term and long-term, organizations that plan human resources, in the long run, have a better chance of business success, but also greater employee satisfaction, which is the goal of any organization that wants to survive in the market and be better than the competition.
