Abstract
Analizu financijskih izvještaja moguće je primijeniti za kontrolu ulaganja na temelju prethodnih rezultata kako bi se na vrijeme uočile nepravilnosti u poslovanju i kod planiranja budućih ulaganja u društvo, a time se postiglo uspješnije poslovanje. U ovome će se radu prikazati analiza financijskog stanja trgovačkog društva Volko d.o.o., Vukovar za razdoblje od 2016. god. do 2020. godine. Kroz teorijski i praktični prikaz horizontalne i vertikalne analize bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka dobivene rezultate moguće je međusobno usporediti i na temelju dobivenih informacija dobiti uvid u promjene pojedinih pozicija financijskih izvještaja. Primjenom analize financijskih pokazatelja likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti vidljive su promjene kroz razdoblje od pet godina. Smanjenje likvidnosti poduzeća Volko d.o.o. uzrokovano je velikim udjelom kratkotrajne imovine u zalihama robe koju čine stanovi i poslovni prostori za prodaju. Padom likvidnosti, povećanjem zaduženosti te financijskim pokazateljima ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti pokazuje se kako je poslovanje poduzeća Volko d.o.o. vodilo ka gubitku.
Abstract (english)
The analysis of financial statements can be used to control current investments using previous results so that the irregularities could be spotted on time and to plan future investments into the company thus ensuring prosperous management of the company. This paper will present an analysis of the financial situation of trading company Volko d.o.o., Vukovar over the five-year period of 2016 to 2020. Using the theoretical and practical presentation of the horizontal and vertical analysis of the Balance Sheet and the Income Statement we can compare the obtained results with each other, and that way obtain a presentation of the oscillations of individual positions of the financial statements. By applying the analysis of financial indicators of liquidity, liability, activity, economy and profitability, changes are visible over a fiveyear period. The decrease of a company’s liquidity caused by a large share of capital assets such as apartments and investment properties for sale. A drop in liquidity, an increase in indebtedness, and financial indicators of economy and profitability were indicators that trading company Volko d.o.o., Vukovar was operating at a loss.
