Abstract
Sukladno pozitivnim zakonskim propisima obrtnici su dužni voditi evidenciju o svojim primitcima i izdatcima u knjizi primitaka i izdataka. U današnje se vrijeme za vođenje takve evidencije najčešće upotrebljavaju računalni programi. No, zbog relativno visokih troškova, posebice malim obrtima ili obrtima kada su u začetku poslovanja, skupa programska rješenja koja podrazumijevaju nabavku uz programske i skupe strojne opreme te redovito održavanje programske i strojne opreme, nisu opcija. Stoga... More se, kao alternativa skupim rješenjima nameću jednostavne web programske aplikacije kojima obrtnici mogu ispuniti svoje zakonske obveze vezane za vođenje poslovnih knjiga, pa tako i knjige primitaka i izdataka. S obzirom na kontinuiranu potrebu razvija programskih rješenja za obrtničku evidenciju, posebno onih jednostavnijih i prilagodljivih potrebama malih obrta i obrta u začetku, provedeno je istraživanje radi sagledavanja mogućnosti kreiranja upotrebljivog programskog rješenja knjige primitaka i izdataka načinjene na web platformi. Tijekom istraživanja istražene su popularne i besplatne tehnologije za razvoj programskih web aplikacija kao što su PHP, HTML, CSS i MySQL. Da bi se moglo pristupiti izradi upotrebljivog programskog rješenja za knjigu primitaka i izdataka proučena je bitna zakonska regulativa vezanu za vođenje knjige primitaka i izdataka, kao i prednosti i nedostatke postojećih programskih rješenja na tržištu, kako bi se definiralo optimalno programsko rješenje. U konačnici rezultati su istraživanja pokazali kako se korištenjem mrežnih tehnologija može razviti web programska aplikacija kojom obrtnici mogu ispuniti zakonsku obvezu vezanu uz vođenje knjige primitaka i izdataka. Samo je istraživanje provedeno u dvije faze. Desk istraživanjima je sagledana zakonska regulativa i web tehnologije pogodne za razvoj programskog rješenja knjige primitaka i izdataka, dok su u okviru primarnih istraživanja sagledana raspoloživa postojeća programska rješenja namijenjena vođenju knjige primitaka i izdataka kako bi se sagledala njihova funkcionalnost i otkrile prednosti i mane, a u drugom koraku u okviru primarnih istraživanja modelirana je, a potom i kodirana te testirana programska aplikacija knjige primitaka i izdataka. U istraživanju je primijenjeno više znanstvenih metoda među kojima su svakako najznačajnije metoda apstrakcije, metoda klasifikacije, metoda generalizacije, metoda specijalizacije, metoda kompozicije, metoda abrogacije, metoda analogije, metoda kauzalnog zaključivanja, te metoda deskriptivnog modeliranja. Abstract (english)
In accordance with positive legal regulations, craftsmen are obligated to keep records of their income and expenditures in the book of income and expenditures. Nowadays, computer programs are most often used to keep such records. However, due to relatively high cost, especially for small craft businesses or craftsmanship that are starting their business, expensive software solutions that imply the purchase of expensive equipment and regular maintenance of said equipment, are not an option.... More Therefore, as an alternative, simple web applications are being imposed, which can be used to fulfill legal obligations related to bookkeeping, including the book of income and expenditures. Given the continuous need for the development of software solutions for craftsmanship business, especially the simple and adaptable to meet the needs of small and starting craftsmanship businesses, research had been carried out to see the possibility to create usable software solutions for the book of income and expenditures on a web platform. During the research, popular and free technologies for the development of web applications such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL had also been researched. In order to be able to create a usable software solution for the book of income and expenditures, the important legal regulations related to keeping the book had been studied, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of existing software solutions on the market, to define the optimal software solution. In the end, the results of the research showed that by using web technologies, a web application can be developed that allows craftsmen to fulfill the legal obligation related to keeping a book of income and expenditures. The research itself was conducted in two phases. In desk research, legal regulations and web technologies suitable for the development of software solutions for the book of income and expenditures were reviewed, while in the framework of primary research, the program application of the book of income and expenditures was modeled, and then coded and tested. Several scientific methods were applied in the research, among which the most important are the abstraction method, the classification method, the generalization method, the analogy method, the casual method, and the descriptive modeling method.
