Abstract
Zbog sve veće nestabilnosti tržišta i ponude proizvoda na tržištu, tvrtke pridodaju veću pažnju prognoziranju potražnje njihovih proizvoda. Kvalitetno napravljena prognoza je temelj uspješnosti poslovanje jer samo ona može dovesti do smanjenja troškova zaliha ili troška izgubljene prodaje. Važan je balans između kvantitativnih i kvalitativnih metoda jer samo uključivanjem i događaja iz okoline koje povijesni podaci ne poznaju, može se stvoriti dobra prognoza. Prognoze su rijetko savršene i svaka u sebi sadrži određenu mjeru pogreške koju je bitno smanjiti vremenom i stalnim doradama. Kako bi se prognoza potražnje kvalitetno provela u djelo, potrebno je dobro agregatno planiranje koje je sastavni dio procesa svakog poslovanja. U agregatnom planiranju tvrtka može odabrati strategiju stabilne razine, gdje će proizvodnja biti jednaka kroz sva razdoblja, strategiju slijeđenja tržišta gdje promjenom kapaciteta proizvodnje prati potražnju ili njihovu kombinaciju, odnosno hibridnu strategiju. U radu su kroz teoriju objašnjene metode vremenske serije i uz njihovu pomoć stvorene su prognoze na prikupljenim podacima korištenjem devet kvantitativnih metoda.
Abstract (english)
Due to the increasing instability of the market and the supply of products on the market, companies are paying more attention to forecasting the demand for their products. A well-made forecast is the basis of successful business because only it can lead to a reduction in inventory costs or the cost of lost sales. A balance between quantitative and qualitative methods is important, because only by including events from the environment that historical data do not know, a good forecast can be created. Forecasts are rarely perfect and each one contains a certain amount of error that must be reduced with time and constant refinements. In order to effectively implement the demand forecast, good aggregate planning is necessary, which is an integral part of the process of every business. In aggregate planning, the company can choose a stable level strategy, where production will be the same throughout all periods, a market tracking strategy, where it follows demand by changing the production capacity, or a combination of them, i.e. a hybrid strategy. In this paper we explain theory of time series methods and with their help we create forecasts on collected data using nine quantitative methods.
