Abstract
Dostupnost financijskih izvještaja u javnim bazama olakšava pristup informacijama poduzeća, no za analizu i razumijevanje poslovanja te financijskih izvještaja potrebno je znanje o istim. Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o., društvo na čijem je primjeru kroz rad provedena analiza financijskih izvještaja, ali i prikaz povijesti Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o. te osnovnih podataka o odabranom Društvu. U završnom radu obrađuje se teorijska podloga temeljnih financijskih izvještaja, zatim analiza financijskih izvještaja na primjeru Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o. u razdoblju od 2015. do 2019. godine. Temeljna financijska izvješća kojima se analizira uspješnost Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o. su bilanca te račun dobiti i gubitka, a instrumenti analize financijskih izvještaja provode se putem strukturnih i komparativnih analiza koje podrazumijevaju horizontalnu i vertikalnu analizu, te analizu pomoću pokazatelja likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti. Pozitivan poslovni rezultat društva u promatranom razdoblju nagovještava daljnju ekspanziju Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Availability of the financial statements in public internet bases completely facilitates the access to the financial statements of the wanted company, however, knowledge is required for the analysis of those financial statements. Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o. is a company on whose example the financial statement analysis will be made. At first, the reader will be instructed to the origin history of the Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o. This final paper is going to process the theoretical background of the financial statements, and afterwards it will show examples of the Müller trgovine Zagreb d.o.o. financial statements in specific period from 2015. to 2019. Basic financial statements which will be analysed are: the balanced sheet, profit and loss account, structural and comparative analysis, and analysis through the financial indicators. The end of this Final paper will show the conclusion about the business result of the observed enterprise.
